Windang Beach, located approximately 15 kilometers south of Wollongong’s city center, is a serene coastal destination that offers a blend of natural beauty and family-friendly amenities. While dogs are not permitted on the main beach, a designated off-leash area is available to the north.

Always a lovely beach to walk the dogs in the off leash area or catch a sunrise. The locals and the surfers are all friendly. Wish the fisherpeople could clean up after themselves a bit more but other than that, it's great to relax here.
