clever fit Wien - Keplerplatz — Attraction in Vienna

It’s always overcrowded (no need to mention the rush hours after work, it’s impossible to find a free sport then). It is full of young people (it isn’t bad to be young I have been young also) who occupy the machines for hours talking and so on. The bathrooms aren’t so clean, the sink area stinks most of the time. You can work out in peace (or better you can find a machine) early in the morning at 7 or very late in the night. Before it’s kinda difficult. As I have the “premium membership” I think that the amount of money I give doesn’t reflect the end service/product from this gym. Two stars as the employees are polite and nice but this gym isn’t a premium one, it’s totally basic. It’s amazing though for students or people who don’t have to work. Maybe the issue is that the district (where the gym is) is one of the most overcrowded in Vienna. But when you go to the gym you should work out and relax mentally and not being worried if you will find a free spot as ten people occupy a machine for a century discussing or checking...

I am sooo disappointed. The worst communication ever. I left Austria for medical treatment and couldn’t visit the gym for a month because of this. Also, my bank account needed me to confirm my data offline as I was long gone so I couldn’t control my payments. I explained all this situation to them, also asked to cancel my membership as my 6-months contract was ended. They said that I still have to pay for 2 months! I asked at least not to send 5-euros reminders, because I actually remember about payment but can’t do something. They just ignored my messages and said that I didn’t answer and sent more 5-euros reminders🙃 as soon as I went to Austria I paid this bill. And now, one week later they send me new bill, with new reminder and other commitions!! Regarding the gym itself, too overcrowded, women zone is very small, its missarable. No understanding, no compromises. They are like collectors, but worse :) I didn't do more horrible mistakes than working with clever fit. Never again!...

I will write this in English, so that all people (tourists and foreigners included) can understand exactly how delighted and happy I am with the service which I get daily from the clever fit team. Great atmosphere, great equipment, very clean and well designed, spacious gym, which also has a very warm and helpful staff, which is there to assist you in any way possible. I can't recommend it enough! Particularly there is a very sweet and beautiful staff member who goes by the name of Selena, you will recognize her immediately by her small body size but oh so big heart and desire to aid you as a client. I am very delighted by her willingness and desire to help with a couple of problems that I had the past few times with my band and the protein machine - oh yeah, that's right, there is also a protein machine and you get a free protein drink after every workout - HOW COOL IS THAT RIGHT?
