China Restaurant Sichuan — Restaurant in Vienna

Bring a lot of time, patience, and do NOT get dehydrated. They cannot handle a lot of people. Waited 15/20 mins for ANY beverage. Watched guests leave for not getting served after 10 minutes. The food came after 45 mins. Though, it was not bad. The service is absolutely terrible! They had an Indian man working there, terrible German. The rest of the staff were Chinese. I don’t understand what chaos is happening here, but is not acceptable! They are totally confused and could care less about your comfort. The place is all for show!! They have such a big menu that there is now way you’re going to get what you want in time. The soup came in 5 mins, no problem. If you are reading this and are from Vienna, I am sorry. Tourists. Do. Not. Recommend.

Nehmen Sie sich viel Zeit, Geduld und lassen Sie sich NICHT dehydrieren. Sie können nicht mit vielen Menschen umgehen. 15/20 Minuten auf ein Getränk gewartet. Aufgepasste Gäste gehen, um nach 10 Minuten nicht bedient zu werden. Das Essen kam nach 45 Minuten. Es war jedoch nicht schlecht. Der Service ist absolut schrecklich! Dort arbeitete ein Inder, ein schrecklicher Deutscher. Der Rest des Personals waren Chinesen. Ich verstehe nicht, was hier los ist, aber das ist nicht akzeptabel! Sie sind total verwirrt und könnten sich weniger um Ihren Komfort kümmern. Der Ort ist alles für Show !! Sie haben eine so große Speisekarte, dass Sie jetzt rechtzeitig das bekommen, was Sie wollen. Die Suppe kam in 5 Minuten, kein Problem. Wenn Sie dies lesen und aus Wien kommen, tut es mir leid. Touristen. Tun. ...

Aprox 20€ per person, not worth It. They charged us 2€ extra for a bowl of rice although it wasn't specify in the menu and we didn't ordered It. First impression: Bad smell of the restaurant inside. First dishes were vegetarian Frühlingsrollen, those were okay, and Dumplings, those were bad, as if they had just defrosted them. Main plate: Nuddles with vegetables and prawns: very bad, they smelled like horse stable, tasted bad, as if the vegetables were too old, the texture was rubbery, and they had too much of the cheap sauce, as if trying to hide the bad taste. The other main plate, duck with mushrooms, was actually good. The waitress was nice and quick -Bad decoration, bad lightning Even the caramels on the counter were old and tasted bad... How can you...

Singaporean couple here.After 9 nights in Austria and Germany eating pork knuckles schnitzels and sausages, we were dying for Chinese food. Found this little gem of a sichuan restaurant run by husband and wife - we came here 3 times on 3 consecutive days!!! Food is legit and I felt like I was visiting China 🇨🇳 😂 would recommend both the duck dishes - crispy and hot plate, 炝炒土豆丝 （shredded spicy fried potato), 双椒肉丝，麻婆豆腐 （Mapo tofu) - so so good with rice!! Dan Dan noodles were good too if anyone has a craving for soupy noodles. Very reasonably priced - our meal with 3 dishes and 2 rice always came up to 40-45 euros - cheaper than eating at Austrian restaurants. Highly...
