The worst experience ever !!! During covid-19 quarantine time I have been charged and by the law required I asked them to transfer back my money and cancel my contract. They didnt even answer. they kept charging !! I have sent several email and no answer!! then they started ignoring my emails and send me emails to keep paying. I cancelled their automatic payment for them to stop deducting money from my account and now they send me a letter with bill including interest and everything !!
