Mega Marina — Attraction in Bimini

Expensive (recent continued price increases now making this marina among the most expensive in The Bahamas). The facilities are run down -- docks appear to receive little or no maintenance (same pedestal lights/breakers have been inoperable for years and the same areas of the docks damaged for years for example). Mega yacht pool has been closed for 2+ years, and apparently is now closed permanently. Marina guests are not allowed at the infinity pool either. The paradise beach area, which was previously quite beautiful, has been converted to a cruise beach destination which carries an expensive daily fee for entry non cruise guests.

On the plus side, the dock staff (Peter, Mark, David, Valdez, are friendly and helpful -- always with a smile and glad to help facilitate golf carts, etc).

We've been frequent guests of the marina for 10 years but it gets harder and harder to stop at Bimini -- whether that be the huge increases in costs, or diminishing list of...

Dock Master and his attendants are very nice and educated, docks are safe and in very good conditions. We never been extra charged in our bill, and when have been any error, it have been only a matter of one email and that's it, all is corrected.

WIFI IS AN ISSUE ON ELEUTHERA DOCK, SIGNAL IS VERY LOW AND INTERMITTENT. NEED A SOLUTION.

Sometimes we have power issues: breakers on the electrical tower trip frequently. blackout for couple of hours do to Island's generator problems ( specially during holydays ).

The Marina is close to the swimming pool and the Casino also the Restaurants, just 3 minutes.

All people at the Resort...

We come often privately or on charter with our 80’ and 82’ yachts and couldn’t ask for a better marina to stay at. Most convenient, best location at just walking distance from Bimini world resort hotel and even better service by marina staff. Highly recommend this marina 10/10. We will be back next...
