Park Heuvelhof — Attraction in Leuven

The park is in bad shape. It's overrun by bikers, unsafe to walk there being disabled. Lots of sportsclub members that act as if the park is their own private trainingground. A new groundskeeper that doesnt do anything besides the bare minimum tasks he has to do according to his contract ( unlike the previous one). At night its filled with loud drug and alcohol using teens that disturb the locals. No point in telling the police or the city itself, as they dont do anything about it. Its a shame, it used to be a park that felt like a forrest and was in pristine shape. But hey the city center wich is designed to please the KUL and its students always comes first and ofc that requires the funds of the people in Kessel-Lo. A place that was in pristine shape before...
