Pizza Hut Delivery Kessel-Lo — Restaurant in Leuven

We regularly order here. The quality of the pizza's is great. Pizza supreme and pizza Grimbergen (cheese infused with beer taste) are our definitely among our favorite classics, absolutely worth trying!. When ordering online, at arrival in the shop in 30min., often the baking of the pizza has not started, while orders at the counter seem to be prioritised. The shop is located on a large square with ample parking space. It has a wheelchair-friendly entrance, and the door usually remains wide open. The place is ran by a few friendly blokes, but I would only add a star in case of better cleanliness (floor and windows) and one more if their workflow would prioritise online orders above orders at...

Unfortunately, I don't have a good idea. As for the ordered ribs, it's ok. But the salad I got with the set was old and tasteless. I'm hoping it was just a one time thing, because if it's common then it doesn't bode well...

Wij bestellen hier regelmatig en zijn steeds heel tevreden, maar wanneer het druk is, loopt het fout. Een langere wachttijd dan bij de online reservatie opgegeven is voor ons geen issue, maar de service bij de laatste bestelling is een aandachtspunt. Op het aangegeven tijdstip aangekomen, sta je tegenover de kassier die je gewoon negeert. Dan verneem je dat je bestelling nog moet gemaakt worden. Alle respect als het druk is maar wanneer je bestelling dan klaar blijkt te zijn moet je het personeel zelf nog aanspreken want het blijft gewoon staan. En op de koop toe zijn de pizza's dan nog veel te hard/lang gebakken. Je proeft nauwelijks...
