The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our same-day flight request in the late afternoon. They even walked us outside to recommend a nearby coffee shop to wait in. It was a last minute decision to get on the helicopter for the day. Our tour guide made a phone call to reserve the Okavango Delta tour for. 5 people at 3pm. The staff in the airport was able to accommodate us. There was someone who guided us in the airport until we boarded the helicopter. It was a luxury 5-passenger helicopter with comfortable leather seats but without doors for a more satisfying experience seeing the Okavango Delta up in the air. Our pilot was very good in spotting the animals down below and would try to maneuver the helicopter to catch better and more closer views of the animals for everyone on board to see. The views were stunning, the pilot (Brendon) was awesome in his knowledge of the area, making the experience special and most importantly for his safe flying. I cannot recommend this experience enough.

What you see from land is one thing. What you see from the air is something totally different; animals crossing the vast expanse of the delta, huge crocs eyeing up their prey, the beauty of the landscape and real appreciation for just how special the Okavango Delta really is.
