We decided to give this store a try agsin to see if anything changed over the months however unfortunately no and worse. We never got our discount at the checkout. Please check your receipt before leaving. Also be careful were you park your car, trolleys are everywhere. I would be ashamed if i was running this store. First Review. We would give the store a try for the third time however very disappointing. I have indepth experience in managing Supermarkets and would be a very unhappy if the was one of my stores. You spend more time at the checkout than doing your actual shopping. Be careful where you park as there are no visible locations for your trolley. Customers leave them all over the car park and could end up rolling into your car. Once you get inside you wait in turn to go up the escalator while the staff load at least 15 trolleys on the escalator and push them up. It's just waiting for someone to have an accident. Going round the store is easy until you get to the fresh food. The layout is very poor. Not much room to go round as the extra large trolleys they give you use up much of the aisle and you gave to wait your turn to get past. The fruit and veg is average and for the store labour intensive. There are better ways to display the fresh food and you could use the savings for more checkout staff. I would think their waste on fresh food is very high. Whoever designed the checkouts has probably never used them. You have fixtures in front of them blocking half the belt and you struggle to get your shopping on. The belts are small as well so if on your own with a large shop you are in trouble as there are no staff to help you. We were in line and stood next to a check with a member of staff standing just on an empty checkout for 15 minutes. They said they were not open so its frustrating to understand why. What's worse was that the checkout staff member in front of us was struggling to scan a bar code. A supervisor came to talk to the member of staff on the empty checkout and could visibly see the difficulty the checkout staff member was having and just walked off. Disgraceful. We eventually got serviced, if we had ice cream it would gave melted. What's was worse we walked pasted a group of staff behind the checkouts just having a chat. I would say this was one of the poorest run stores I have seen in my considerable experience. It's a shame as the store could have potential. Produtos : Medianos/razoáveis. Quem procura variedades e precificação baixa se decepcionará.

Se observa grande despreparo com produtos perecíveis de alimentação que exigem cuidados, principalmente, na termometria.

Para quem abastece comércio e gerencia grande despesas familiares serve apenas de apoio para produtos de ciclo maior, podendo-se optar por outros atacadistas mais qualificados na região, e com preços melhores.

Melhor opção para comerciantes locais ainda é a negociação direta com fornecedores, visto que essa rede atacadista não possui estrutura para tal lida.

Para quem busca abastecimento a varejo, encontrará decepção, confusão e aborrecimentos; além de se expor a riscos iminentes, tamanho é o despreparo em se tratando de mercado.

Quando questionados, funcionários não souberam esclarecer as NR que seguem, e tampouco a padronização de overflow em vésperas, feriados e dias de grande movimentação.

Quanto às NR de segurança, uma simples visita às instalações da unidade denuncia e expõe os inúmeros erros de inobservância.

A metrificação de corredores aparenta insuficiência para atender as normas de segurança, bem como o trânsito/fluxo de de clientes e operações de reposição; não havendo sequer responsável para prestar os devidos esclarecimentos acerca dos riscos expostos.

Com ampla área de estacionamento, não se verifica o monitoramento adequado e tampouco falece a disponibilidade de auxílio médico em caso de acidentes, quer por pedestres, quer pelo trânsito em referida área.

Menos ainda foi esclarecido a ausência de espaço ambulatorial para atendimento emergencial na possibilidade de eventos dessa natureza.

Infelizmente, para quem repara, o espaço é utilizado para estocagem e comércio atacadista e varejista; cuja simbiose traduz caos, riscos iminentes a clientes e desorganização flagrante; cultura que foi soterrada há tempos por outros concorrentes do setor na região, e em melhor preparo.

Com ampla área física mal aproveitada e inoperante, a adesão do e-commerce expõe o despreparo da unidade no manuseio do fator humano, deslocando agentes pela unidade que contribuem ainda mais para a instauração do caos em pleno período de overflow.

Flagrante é a ingerência sobre o espaço físico e recursos humanos ao indispor de um Hub exclusivo para tal finalidade; comprometendo severamente o atendimento aos varejistas e atacadistas locais.

Durante a visita, em período de overflow, foi notado 52% dos caixas operantes; e ouvidas muitas reclamações de clientes anônimos na duração de filas por cerca de até 84 minutos; cuja extensão permeavam totalmente os corredores da área de mercado, causando influxo nos mesmos.

Tal situação revela grande falha e incompetência do setor, ao inobservar as NR sobre lotação, sequer por sinalização apostilada sobre a mesma.

Por ultimato, foi observado o abandono dos elevadores locais, quer pela sinalização de manutenção, quer pela falta de responsável pelo monitoramento : carrinhos cheios abandonados nos mesmos, sinalização adequada de tara / lotação, supervisor responsável... traduzindo-se, tal situação, em potencial risco a clientes e equipe.

A adequação e segregação entre clientes atacadistas, varejistas e de e-commerce, bem como, a observância das NR de segurança, requerem urgência...

The other grocery stores in Mooca must be in a panic, because the prices are incredible at Assai by comparison. I estimate that everything we purchased collectively would have been around 25-30% more at another store - only the olive oil was not at a terrific price. Nice staff. Busy busy busy (on a Friday), the weekends must be insane with crowds. People need to learn not to leave their (huge) carts in the middle of an aisle, it's inconsiderate. Surprisingly sophisticated wine and liquor selection. Love the building and that it has been repurposed and not destroyed. All in all, absolutely excellent.
