Unfortunately the park lacks management, there is not enough lifeguards in important positions. Anyone takes the floats to anywhere which turns into a dispute from floats in the end of the slides, i mean really where the slide ends. There was at least 15 people battling for a float while being hit by it at the same time, even though it’s not safe for anyone to be that close to the fall from the slide to the water there was no lifeguards there to stop this, in fact, the life guarda where clearly doing 2/3 functions at the same time, sinde they had to care for those who would go down the waterslide, pay attention on those that are already going down and peeping to the bunch of people that were obstructing the way out of slide. Once you get a float you have to go up stairs, which is fine, but since there is zero infrastructure to it you have to carry those huge floats to a high of 2m, many people were hitting each other by accident and it’s horrible to think that some kid could easily fall since there were many carry those floats that they are barely able to lift. Now talking about the slides, Tornado is a disaster, i rided 3 time. All 3 there was people getting stuck inside it because of the lack of water, while the Mamute and the one you go down with a mat were pretty good. The small kids attractions were good, and those had the most fun clearly. You can buy tickets for the whole day or for only after 2pm, i recommend the second option since if you are a grown up you end up bothered of fighting for floats after 3 hours. Around 16h they were already turning off some features like the waves of the lazy river and some water fountains, which felt pretty ridiculous since the park closes at 18h. The bathrooms smelled like sewage but the locker works great, didn’t try the food. For someone who loves water parks and have been to several, i wouldn’t come back...
Read moreWe went there for a day and had both good and bad experiences. The park itself is nice and we definitely enjoyed the waterslides. The life guards were friendly and attentive so people won't get hurt. Even though it was pretty crowded the waiting times to go on the slides are not too long. And if you don't like waiting at all it's worth trying the free fall slide. That one is the least busy and well worth checking out. The first time is the hardest but after that it gets fun. The tornado slide is also really great to try with friends.
When we got into the park we wanted to pay both cash and the rest with credit card. The cashier didn't have change apparently so I asked if I could use that change to get a locker and pay what was left with credit card and she said it wasn't possible. Not to mention that 7 leva for a locker is expensive.
At the bar we ordered a beer. He was about to give us a can from the fridge but than we specified we wanted fresh beer in a plastic cup. He ended up charging us for both and when we addressed it they said they couldn't refund us the money for the can of beer because we used a credit card. After a bit of arguing they gave us another plastic cup which btw is a cheaper than the can they charged us for. So instead of going on the slides we had to wither throw away the second cup because it was to much or drink it all in one go and be all drunk on the slides.
We know everyone makes mistakes. Sometimes you get customer orders wrong but why on earth they couldn't refund us some money they wrongly charged is beyond us.
And the picture taking and printing without permission is not ok. They take pictures right at the entrance and randomly during the day than they print all of them and sell them for 10...
Read moreWe had some fun, however our overall experience was not even good enough, nor close to great. Very poor management and maintenance. We went as a family of 4 together with my parents, 6 ppl in total. Number of slides for adults was just a few. There could be more. The previous day I explicitly called the place (possibly talking to their manager? on the phone), to ask if the sprinkle area for the smallest kids was working, and even though the answer was “Yes. When are you planning to go?”, they were off the whole day, so my 4-year-old could not enjoy them. The other bigger area with sprinkles, slides and a big water bucket was only “working “ the whole day in order to “clear” the yellow water after some pipe issue nearby, so kids could also not enjoy that one. Mold, grass where it should not belong; broken showers and sinks; sun-beds; many deflated rings. 46 BGN for all this? Such a joke! It’s such a pity for this nice and located among the trees and shadows aqua park! Management, please fix it properly! Would never come back (and not recommend to others) before you show some...
