Disappointing Experience at Calimera Ralitsa Superior Hotel I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Calimera Ralitsa Superior Hotel and I must say that I was thoroughly disappointed with the overall quality of the accommodation. The numerous issues I encountered during my week-long stay left a lasting negative impression on me. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable. Throughout my entire stay, my room was not cleaned even once, despite multiple conversations with the staff, particularly with the employers at the reception. It is simply inconceivable that a hotel of this caliber would neglect such a basic aspect of hospitality. The lack of cleanliness was further exacerbated by the presence of insects and cockroaches in the room, which made the experience even more unpleasant and unhygienic. Furthermore, I found the behavior of the receptionist, Mira, to be extremely rude and disrespectful. Her brusque and impolite manner of speaking was a stark contrast to the level of professionalism one would expect from hotel staff.

On a slightly more positive note, I would like to acknowledge the politeness and friendliness of the waitstaff in the restaurant and lobby bar. Despite the numerous shortcomings of the hotel, these persons managed to provide a level of service that was commendable. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist were a welcome respite from the otherwise disappointing experience. In conclusion, my stay at Calimera Ralitsa Superior Hotel was marred by numerous issues that significantly affected my overall impression of the establishment. Good points: Hotel lies in lovely green area A few play grounds for kids Lovely clean pools Room cleand every day Free wi fi Free entry to aqua park Bad points Staff in the restaurant appear to be there for punishment. Never smiles!!!never heard thank you or please .... There is only few staff who speaks english... If you like fried eggs for breakfast....good luck!they have pan to fry 6 eggs at a time for the whole hotel🤣🤣🤣so whoever is patient enough can que for 15 mins and the que is blocking the access to the all food in that line....BAD MANAGEMENT!!!today there was no bread or bread rolls for breakfast at 9.30 hrs.....breakfast is served till 10.30hrs!!!!!no cups for tea or coffee. People were drinking from plastic!!!!!! In the restaurant coffee mashine constantly not working....beware if you are misserable before coffee in the morning😁 Shuttle bus to the beach every 15 mins.should run more often as always packed...and the smelll inside.....sweaty arms😭😭😤 Beware of medical spa .....felt depressed after massage as the retired therapist(in her 70st) after massaging my feet diagnosed me with stomach problems.Spine and head aches😭😭😭😭 recomended to see a doctor. There was one next door🙄for extra pay of course... Be careful on the beach...the parasol and sun beds are free but they are still trying they luck and asked me to pay!!!!!had to.thretened them with police so they quickly dissapear!!you dont need...

This is not a good choice! I dont know where to begin to describe... It is a very nice location, once managed by the Germans, that has now been left for the Bulgarian people to rule. They are very greedy, and obviously not prepared to manage such a place. We all know that in general, all inclusive stuff is way lower quality, but the things that were happening there are undescribdable. Here are some examples: when we had arrived we had formed a que that lasted for about 1 hour before someone talked to us there were a few coffee machines with bad coffee , and only 2 with normal coffee, 1 at the bar accesed through the hotel staff, and 1 in the food serving area which formed huge lines even if it was All inclusive, the kitchen staff stopped making different sortiments of food without any reason, just saying its finished... these moments were happening in the middle of eating time often you could not find a bowl for soup or a plate for food, and also very hard to find a place to sit there was no fridge in the room, and we could not find a place to keep 5 small jars with food for our 2 year old daughter, allthough we kindly asked the reception staff for help you get only 1 bottle of watter when you check in, as for future needs, there were some 20 litter water dispensing machines free of charge ... I am tired of writing... Dont go there.......
