We recently visited Mr. Pizza for dinner and overall had a pleasant experience, though there were a few notable points worth mentioning.
The food was undeniably tasty, but the portion sizes felt noticeably reduced. While the atmosphere was nice, it wasn’t particularly special, and the noise level was slightly higher than expected.
The real surprise, however, came with the pricing. High prices are understandable, but paying 15 BGN for a pint of Guinness—more expensive than in London—or 30 BGN for Ouzo Plomari felt excessive. A dinner for two adults and two children exceeding 100 BGN seemed a bit steep.
That said, the highlight of our evening was our server, Irina Kirilova. She was attentive, polite, and incredibly efficient, making the experience much more enjoyable.
Despite the reservations, Mr. Pizza is still a good place, and we’ll likely return. Hopefully, there will be a better balance between value and...
Read moreThe interior is nice but that's about it. That was my third or fourth time going there and by now I'm sure I won't be returning. It's very overpriced and I'm willing to pay a bit more for good food and atmosphere but the food part just wasn't there. The food is mediocre AT BEST I haven't tried there pastas but salads and meats and noting special, their fries are your standard frozen pre cut fried you find at any supermarket and their pizzas are by far the most overpriced, you pay couple the price you'd pay in some pizza places for bland pizzas with almost no sauce to be found leaving your mouth dryer than before you ate them, I get that trully good pizza is minimal and simple but dry and...
Read moreI'm a long time customer of this exact location. What came as a surprise for me was the new menu. The prices are about 30% up. What's really disappointing is that those new prices come with few new dishes, a lot less if you're a vegetarian. Mr Pizza offers just 3 pizzas for vegetarians. This is ridiculous. My experience with the service has always been great, the atmosphere is ok, but it has not changed 30% up, as have the new prices. I generally don't feel as if this establishment is Ozone Sky Bar, Jiru, or idk, a place that provides such a great experience where it costs 25lv for pasta or 35lv for pizza. Irina was an...
