Nedelya — Attraction in Sofia City

Nedelya at Paradise Center gets 3 stars from us due to the service mainly. When we arrived we weren’t even greeted by staff, who looked grumpy and unhappy - very unwelcoming atmosphere from the get go. Once we were seated outside in the smoking area, the waitress that took our order looked very sad to be there.

We ordered two cakes, 3 coffees, 4 bottles of water and a juice. When we asked for two extra forks for the cakes, the waitress ignored us and didn’t bring any for 20mins. We then approached another waitress to ask for that who brought the additional forks.

The cakes themselves were actually good. We got the a red velvet cake and a chocolate eclair cake. Red velvet was the clear winner of the two as the latter was too sweet to our liking. The coffee was average.

All in all, there’s room for improvement, particularly with regard to customer...

Picture is to show what to expect when you order cake for home - as you don’t see the half piece they cut, they take advantage of this. Quality of what used to be a nice cake shop has also gone down with the years and it is far from tasty nowadays but double the price from 2-3 years ago. There are other places you can go to where the price would match what you get. This is not...

I don't understand the bad reviews honestly. I come here often, like at every shop of the chain the cakes are amazing, I recommend Nedelya cake and Matcha cake. As a plus at this location you can eat on the terrace with the view, the waiters are kind and they speak good english.The chain in itself is a bit pricey but it's worth it...
