I was at Endless Fun today around 4:30 with my 5 year old & my 1 year old… and there were so many things that shocked & disgusted me. I don’t even know where to begin. For one, the baby area was absolutely disgusting. My 1 year old kept finding little pieces of dirt, etc. and was putting it in his mouth. I NEVER see anyone cleaning at Endless Fun, ever. Someone should be going in that baby area with a hand vacuum to clean multiple times a day, but I can guarantee they don’t, because it’s filthy. All the toys in the baby area had dead batteries. Half of the arcade games don’t work. And my 5 year old had to poop, so I took him to the women’s washroom and carried the baby in with me - because I do not send my kids into the men’s washroom alone ever. And none of the stalls in the women’s washroom were suitable to use, and we had to leave because he was going to poop his pants. One of the stalls was locked, with no one in it. So I assume it was out of order. The other one had someone in it & they were in there for very long so we could not wait. The last one, the toilet seat was falling off the toilet. My 5 year old couldn’t sit on the seat without falling in. The washroom is always pretty gross there but today my issue was the fact that my kid couldn’t even use the toilet. 2 out of 3 stalls were out of order. After being there for less than an hour, we had to leave because my 5 year old had to poop & the washroom was unsuitable to use. I briefly complained to the front desk before we rushed home, they said “sorry” but clearly no one cares. I can’t be the only one who thinks this place has major issues to address. I tried to call and complain but no one answered, and they have no voicemail. I will not be taking my kids back there, ever. Just because of the principle, I would love a refund. That is why I called the establishment and because there was no answer & no voicemail, I am now here writing a review. I think from now on, I will give my business to places like Flying Squirrel & Treehouse Clubhouse. Clearly the owners of Endless Fun only care about money, because whenever we go there, they are super busy with birthday parties & events. But the place is disgusting. Why not prioritize good service and hire a few more people to clean? Why not buy a pack of batteries & put them in your toys? Why not fix up some of the...
Read moreWe recently had our sons birthday at Endless Fun playground and in my opinion the price we paid ($400) for 10 kids and 10 adults was way over priced for what was received. I’ll say that it was nice to have all my sons friends come to a place vs come to my home and I was able to avoid clean up. However if you look at the pictures I’ve attached, you’d think for the price paid this playground would be safe (I say this because our room had push pins on the floor, and there was supervision on the floor - there were paper signs saying do not climb up the slide, however there was complete chaos on the playground floor, 1/4 of the kids arcade games were broken as well) and CLEAN and perhaps have some modern updates to the facility. When you get there you receive a wristband which gets you a coffee or tea during your time there (part of the party package) - I asked for tea and it wasn’t ready until the end of our party at 6pm vs when it started at 4. They also make an announcement over the PA system to get your kids back into the room to eat, and all the adults in the playground were laughing because all you could hear was like a mumbling underwater sound!… The rooms were dirty and very cold and the play place felt like a sauna. With the amount of parties happening during the time we had our party, and knowing the cost associated with the parties it was evident they would have enough revenue to clean and update this facility. The staff was helpful when it came to needing extra cutlery and plates, no napkins were provided. We received juice boxes and pizza as part of the package. The package stated water would be provided however that wasn’t the case. like I said it was nice to have a party outside of my home, but for the price associated with it, you’d expect a...
Read moreWe did a birthday party for a 1 yr old on Sunday, in their big room (about 50 people invited though the place can host more). We paid for the room to be decorated in advance with us providing the decor (from party city, finding Nemo theme). The place was very well decorated. All the balloons were well inflated, banners were up, decorations and tables were set up great. We had a dedicated person to help us throughout the event. The wrist banded everyone and treated all our guests with great courtesy. The play area was initially very very busy as their were a lot of parties going on. I guess they cannot control that, but it would help if the crowd in the play are was less.
We ordered the themed cake from them ($45 extra). The cake was one of the best decorated I have seen in a while, but unfortunately was stale.. We have ordered cakes from Sobeys that are fresher and better for the same price. Recommend you go that route for the cake.
Staff provided endless supply of plates, spoons, forks and glasses as well as juice for kids. We brought in our own food and ordered pizza through the establishment (through pizza pizza).
They never rushed us in the 4 hour slot, and all our guests had a great time. For the price charged overall, this is an excellent place. If you hold a party here, remember to buy some socks for your guests in case they forget. The token based machines are not included in the cost (we knew this clearly in advance) but would be nice if a few tokens are provided for the birthday person. The audio equipment is only one speaker in the corner of the room. Was not an issue for us, but can be for others.
Spills and messes were cleaned up quickly with Lysol. Would gladly go again and...
