Wow. Do NOT waste your money. FYI, I've never written a negative review for any place. This deserves it though. My friends bought me a generous gift card for Spa Sedona as I am a new mom and they wanted me to enjoy a nice spa day. So in January I booked a facial. The esthetician who did my consult suggested I get the collagen facial. It was okay. She didn't explain anything during the process (which is new to me; estheticians usually explain what they are applying and why). Here's where it gets worse. When I went to pay (with my gift card on file), I was charged $125 +tax. However, I saw a sign on the table that says January Special: collagen facial + 15 min gua sha facial massage and it was only $120! I didn't even get offered the gua sha facial! So I asked the receptionist why I wasn't offered the special add on since that is the exact type of facial I was given but even better and for LESS money. She said that because I didn't ask for it, I don't get it. Since when do you have to ask for specials instead of being told about them!? And she still charged me $125 for JUST the collagen facial even though the special was the exact same but with an added 15 min gua sha for only $120! I politely challenged her on this, and she just said no. So I got less of a facial, but for more money. The receptionist was unpleasant at best.
Anyways, fast forward to today. I have money left on the gift card. I booked a pedicure.... figured I might as well use the money. Accidentally, I was 15 minutes late (they had to call me). I was late getting my 10 month old from daycare. So they couldn't get me in a bit late but charged me 50% of the pedicure price. FYI a pedicure here is $55!!! I understand late charges and being late is my fault. But 50% and $55 for pedi!? Most places do 20% (if even that). Needless to say, this is the worst experience of customer service I have ever had. Also not even a great facial. I had a MUCH better experience at Hand and Stone in Ajax - they are SO knowledgeable about what they do...
Read moreI’m not very impressed, but let’s start with the positives...the people who worked there were nice and the space was nice. The price for what I received was not. $55 for pedicure and $35 for a manicure. I got a clear coat on my pedicure so clearly it’s lasted the few hours since I’ve been home, but my manicure lasted one hour before a chunk was missing. With zero drying time between coats I am not surprised. Maybe in the times when they used the machines to dry nails, but you can’t blaze through coat after coat without allowing for even a second of drying time. My mother has to get hers redone while at the spa because of this issue and all she did was take off her socks. Money asides, it’s the 80 minutes of time wasted and now I have a large noticeable chunk missing from my left index finger and left ring finger the nail polish pushed back from the edge of the nails. I couldn’t even say how it happened since I didn’t do anything when I got home. They might argue it was the fact this colour needed three coats, but this colour was recommended and by the second coat I could still see my nail-bed so maybe this colour shouldn’t be used for this (as I later found out they also use it for French nails). The rest of the nails are already showing signs of wear, but nothing like these two. Asides from the manicure, there was certainly nothing to write home about for the pedicure. They barely did anything to our feet and I can still see problem areas that should have been addressed. Despite being referred here I don’t think I’ll be back and to be honest I’m a little disappointed that this was my Christmas gift from last year. Bring your own dryer if you...

I wrote this in a email to the spa as they send you an email asking for your review on the service. They never responded to me.
It was my first time at this location.
I was disappointed. I dont know if it's because I was the last appointment of the day but I felt rushed.
I arrived for my appointment at 6:50pm. My treatment was done at 7:50pm.
To me when you pay for a treatment and it says it is for 1 hour the time you go in the treatment room is when this hour should begin not from when you arrive and need to get undressed in a robe etc.
The spa attendant that did my treatment. Never spoke to me about what exactly she was doing on my face. I have had many treatments before at other places and the attendants always speak with you about what they are doing next etc. She was silent on everything. This made me not know what to expect and what was next, not a very relaxing experience. I tried to speak with her by telling her I have never been here before but she took that as giving me a history lesson on how long the spa has been open and what treatmentsthey provide.
I had the Luminous Facial and apparently this facial didn't come with extractions. I find this definitely odd, I have never been to a professional spa to get a facial and not have the facial treatment include extractions.
On the website it says they include a skin analysis with each facial treatment. This is not true!!
As you can see I was very disappointed and my expectations were not met. They have high end prices but they are not a high end spa.
Thank you for...
