Harbour Authority of Pender Harbour — Attraction in Area A (Egmont/Pender Harbour)

Great little marina that’s super close to stores and restaurants. It’s also perfectly sheltered from most winds, so when fall gusts start blowing, this is a go-to spot.

Staff is more than helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

Great recycling program that is not only efficient but helpful to community.

The marina has a pump-out (rare in BC) available fir a small fee, but it’s worth calling ahead to see if it’s active.

Not water to hose off your trailer. This is plain dangerous for the trailers in salt water. Equally importantly, this welcomes invasive species to the waters around Pender Harbour and elsewhere. Not cool.

At low tide, the ramp does not extend all the way either.

And no legal trailer parking anywhere around. So you have to trust locals to tell you that you won't be towed. Not exactly comforting if you're leaving your trailer somewhere for a...

Cannot say enough good about this marina or its staff, Robin. He is amazing! He makes this place! Welcoming and friendly. Great location to the IGA, and BC Liquors. Several food options, fresh water lakes too!
