We arrived there around 2 pm and the cafe closes at 3 pm. There was an “out to lunch” sign on the door but no mention of return time. I waited outside and watched a person go in and interact with the one employee inside. At this point I was unsure if the cafe was opening up as someone had walked in. Love the concept but disappointed with the execution! Paid a whopping $14+ for two drinks that were both different from what I ordered - a flat white that was actually a 12 oz latté (which I didn’t realize until I got in the car because it came in a 16 oz cup), and a chai latté that was actually a chai tea latté - which is an entirely different drink. Brought my family there around 2:00pm for ice creams. The shop has doors open and people eating ice creams in front of the shop. When we were about to order, the server said they are on an hour long lunch break so couldn’t serve us. It sort of says to us that they are not motivated enough for doing the business.
