This is our first time here and we had a very bad experience. We bought two 30-day passes for our kids and we were not told anything about the sock. But near the end of our playtime, kids were told they needed to buy socks.
So we went to the front desk and were told we will have to buy them and so we lined up again. The friend that brought us here came by and questioned why we needed to pay again as they were given free socks while purchasing the same pass. Another employee came by the front desk while the first lady was serving other guests and we stopped her and explained the situation, she quickly went behind the desk and gave us two pairs of socks free of charge.
While the kids were sitting there to change the socks, the first lady approached us and questioned us fiercely if we had paid for them. We explained what happened and all of the sudden, she accused us of lying by telling her coworker we had paid for the socks which we DID NOT. We kindly asked her to check with her coworker who helped us to grab the socks and when she came back, she still insisted she was right and challenged us if we dare to talk to the manager, to which we agreed. After a while, she came back and said the manager agreed to offer us free socks but she still insisted she was right and we only got it by lying to her coworker.
For the whole time, our friend was trying to tell her that they had three families who signed up for the same pass all got the socks free of charge, and we DID NOT tell any lies to anyone. It is common to check with a different employee when we were treated differently.
It is nice that some employees give socks out for free with purchasing passes even though they should charge it, but it's a shame for your employee to blame your customer for lying even after she was told all the stories, including her coworkers', especially in front of the kids.
We didn't want to waste our friend's time and kids were having fun there, so we left without further complaint, but we do believe that the lady owes us an apology, to us, our kids...
Read moreWe have been to the Woodbridge location many times and decided to try this one since we were near by. 3 big kids and a 15 month old baby. First of all they made us pay for the baby even though the other location lets her in for free. The under 5 area in this location is so bad comparing to the woodbridge location. Over here there are just a few trampoline squares separated by a flimsy net. The little one was bored after 5 minutes and kept trying to go to the other areas which are clearly in sight. The Woodbridge location has an excellent under 5 area with a foam pit, balls and basketball net, an elevated section where the little ones get to climb and slide and spend a good amount of time in it. On top of that i was trying get a slice of pizza from the food stand which is adjacent to the front reception. I approached it holding the baby, and the employee told me i had to wait in the long line of people who were checking in. That’s pretty ridiculous to have to do that since all they would need is to have a machine available and take the order right there (as the other location does). No problem, I got in line and waited holding an upset baby for a while watching a few staff just walking around and when i finally got to the front and asked to purchase a slice of pizza for my little one they told me they were all out. It would have been fine if the first person I asked told me that and not sent me to stand in line with a baby. Honestly ridiculous. I see no reason to choose this location again when we have a much better option with better staff and a better parent friendly setup...
Read moreThis place is rundown and poorly managed. I was there with my toddler twins, who were naturally a bit nervous and unsteady. I was told which trampolines they could use, which was fine, but as they tried to bounce, they needed me to hold their hands for balance and reassurance. They were laughing, having fun, and bouncing lightly when a whistle suddenly blew, and I was scolded because apparently, only one person is allowed per trampoline square. I explained that they needed me to hold their hands for safety, but the staff, who admitted they were being directed by a supervisor watching on camera, insisted on enforcing this rule without flexibility or common sense. I was left to either let go and watch my babies cry and fall, or keep holding their hands and get whistled at and reprimanded repeatedly. It was absurd. When we moved to the basketball trampoline area, the same thing happened. More whistles, more warnings, and eventually, I was told it was my “last warning” simply for standing beside my twin toddlers while they gently bounced. I asked to speak with the supervisor directly, but she never came over. Instead, we were watched and whistled at constantly, ruining any chance of enjoyment. The whole experience was frustrating, stressful, and frankly ridiculous. Being constantly policed by whistles while simply trying to keep my toddlers safe took away any chance of fun. As we were leaving, I noticed the supervisor sitting in her office watching the surveillance cameras. I considered saying something, but ultimately decided it wasn’t worth it. We won’t be...
