I really like this mall. It has certainly gotten better over the past few years with more stores and restaurants opening their doors, and of course the awesome Pete's Frootique is in there as well. Parking is free and ample; you have your choice of underground, above ground or even on top of the roof parking! There's a little food court near Pete's that's not your typical mall food court. The food looks to be a lot fresher and healthier and there's a lot of organic choices. A Thai place also recently opened. There's certainly room for improvement though if they can get some high value stores to occupy the other end of the mall (towards Shoppers), but with malls not really doing so hot these days, will have to see what happens. Read moreWe often make a special trip every couple of weeks to Sunnyside. Our main stay is Petes, as my husband is from the UK and they have a lot of imported goods. Their butcher is also excellent. We've only recently tried Over the Wedge (the pizza place) and we've both agreed it's some of the best pizza we've had here in NS. There's also little gems like Freak Lunchbox, Middle Spoon, Finbars (best nachos anywhere. Hands down) and Hammock.
