Buta Ramen — Restaurant in Bedford

Wandered in on a whim while in the area one day, and was pleasantly surprised. The staff are fantastic, both in friendliness and speed of service, and the atmosphere is perfect. Desptie the proximity to the mall, it feels like you're tucked away all on your own. As for the food, it's some of the best I've tried. I was very disappointed with my vegan ramen. Very mild in flavour and overpriced for what it was. I mean 20+ dollars for a super basic simple ramen? They also used tempura on some veggies which I’m not 100% sure was vegan since it usually contains egg. Nevertheless I don’t think it’s worth the 20 dollars. Can’t speak for the rest...

5 Stars for the Tantanmen Ramen. Service was quick courteous and friendly.

The Broth was rich, 6/10 spice level , had that creaminess from the nutty paste. Noodles were firm, great chew and plenty in the bowl.
