Although 5 stars for zip line, zero for customer service. When we got to the parking lot, they had put a sign for that the lot was full. Despite that three vehicles in front of us went through. One of the employees came to us and asked if we didn’t see the sign. I asked where the other cars were going. Him: to parking. I: so why can’t I? Him: the lot is full. This loop went on several times. He was rude throughout. In the meanwhile several cars had already exited the lot. They let us go only after my wife said the same thing forcefully.
Later, when I asked the ticket sales at the cable car if we could just go one way, the man said yes. He left out the fact that the other end probably doesn’t have a walking way back. Even if it did ( I don’t know for sure), it would be a couple of hundred meters hike uphill!
Cable car is not worth it. People were jam packed so the ones in the middle probably can’t see much. Also it runs along the “falls” way after the end of falls, so there isn’t much to see. You are better of going to one of the lookout points.
For zip line, the signs suggested two separate queues for reservation and without. But they had only one for the first 30 mins we waited. Total wait to buy tickets 60 mins. Another 60 mins for actual zip line. And yet another 30 mins to bring the equipment back and then...
Read moreThe experience was amazing with stunning views, and the price, including the video, was worth it. However, I gave three stars because one employee was extremely rude.
I've done many ziplines before and never had to remove my scarf—this was the only place that required it. I respected the rules and went to the back to switch the scarf and wear the helmet.
There was a dog in the backyard, and while one of the lady staff member was kind and helpful in the first time , while in the seconed time i had to deal with the other lady which was busy eating an apple dont want to support, ignored me , and didn’t control the dog while I was putting my scarf back on. It felt discriminatory and not respectful.
Very bad...
Read moreThe 100kg weight limit is ridiculous. I was around 102kg and denied entry along with one other girl while the rest of our group got to go on the zip line. We were weighed and denied entry in front of other people and the zip line could definitely be altered to enable people over 100kg to use it if the company weren’t so greedy. Considering they must make a decent income from ticket sales, it’s sad they don’t invest any of that into making the zip line more inclusive. Very very bad experience and for someone from Australia, it doesn’t seem like something that would happen back home. Forcing people to get on a scale to use a ride is a huge trigger for many people and contributes to the mental...
