Since we have heard about Wet'n'Wild last autumn, we have been highly anticipating the debut of this new park. First visit there, and you will be stunned at how diligently Wet'n'Wild has been working to refurbish the park. Caribbean Chaos was INSANE, loved the drop and wave. There are many attractions to go on such as Typhoon/Hurricane, Polar Pipeline, all new Proslide Racers, Drop slides and family raft slides. The children's area and new Bear footin bay was nice. I have to admit, the park was one of the best I have been to. If you are looking for solely water thrills and thinking about Wild Waterworks, Splash Works? Pssst. Don't even bother! Come straight to Wet'n'Wild and they'll show you how it's done! However, there were a few things I was upset about and hope the park can improve upon. 1. Staff. Most of the staff in the park were welcoming and nice. But a few attendants, (I believe at pipeline and twister...?) were straight on rude. They have to learn not to hire staff that refuse to help guests, command guests loudly, and swear all the time (in front of children too). 2. Prices. I understand most entrepreneurs are highly focused on making an income, but some prices are a bit ridiculous. For example, renting simply a locker for $15-25 is upsetting. Especially when you cannot go on any slides without renting one. 3. Infrastructure. I think something that should definitely be improved upon is the infrastructure. The change rooms lack appropriate cleaning and there are only a few showers and 5 change cubicles for hundreds and thousands of guests. There should be more than 1 bathroom in the entire park, and definitely more lockers. I'd like to see more food choices too. Overall, I think Wet'n'Wild really is doing an amazing job on operating the park. I hope the next few years can even be better! Definitely will come back!

I expected better after the change over from "wild water kingdom". It was a $180 day for two adults with discounted entry tickets. $20 for parking? Why? $15-$25 for a locker? Why? $25 for two drinks in a dixie cup? Why? $40 for two fast food burgers with fries, no drink. They don't allow outside food, but will allow one personal size refillable bottle. I didnt see a refill station anywhere. Spent 7 hours there to feel I got my money's worth. Not a bad way overall to spend a day, but expensive. I was hoping for much better. In retrospect, I would rather have spent the same amount of money and gone to Canada's Wonderland. They put time and effort into upkeep. The lazy river is hectic, lifeguards dont seem to be worried about rough housing, or people completely blocking it by either standing still or chaining together. More stressful than relaxing. Railings on ride walkways were falling apart, missing hardware, and had rotted out boards. Some things got a new coat of paint, but that's it. The park needs to be revamped and a lot of repair needs to be done. I'm glad I didn't bring my kids because one of the kids sections was completely closed. You need to do much better Wet N' Wild. Update to reply. Thank you for the prompt response. I have now attached a picture of my receipt showing my "exaggerated" claim in regards to food prices. I overshot by $3.86. Apologies. You're right about the cocktails, they arent "dixie cups", they're smaller. 2 ounces of alcohol and a bit of flavoring for $26. Great value. As for 100% safe, sure nothing is falling down. But when i see rotted out 4×4 railing posts, holding up 2×4 rails with missing hardware(nuts, washers, bolts) I wouldnt consider that 100%. And this isn't on just one ride by the way. This is consistent across the park. Im not here to attack the park, I've left this comment to bring awareness to management, and people that may want to visit that there's some work needed and perhaps some structural changes to cost throughout. Charge people less, you may just get more business. On a positive note, I was very impressed with customer service of employees throughout the park. To me that says there is good camaraderie and upper management.

My friends and I visited the water park today and had an overall enjoyable experience with most of the rides. The attractions were fun and well-maintained, and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we had a very unpleasant experience in the wave pool with Ms. Kate, the supervisor. Initially, we were able to enjoy the deep end of the wave pool with life jackets without any issues. But after we had drinks and returned to the deep area, Ms. Kate approached us in a very arrogant manner and insisted that we move back. This was especially frustrating because one of our friends, who doesn’t know how to swim, was not in the pool at that time, yet she still threw us out from wave pool area. Her attitude was disrespectful and made us feel unwelcome, despite us paying to enjoy the facilities. It's worth noting that the security personnel were polite and handled things nicely, but Ms. Kate’s behavior was a significant disappointment. To add to the frustration, there was another individual in the deep end without a life jacket who was not asked to move. Additionally, the entry ticket prices are quite high, and the cost of food and beverages inside the park is exorbitant. These factors, combined with our negative experience in the wave pool, significantly impacted our overall enjoyment. If it weren't for these issues, we would have rated the park higher. We hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future visitors. If it weren't for these issues, we would have rated the park higher. Played soccer at their dome facility from 10:30-12am. The price was very fair and we got a lot of time to play. The staff were helpful. Lots of parking spaces.

Best place to visit. Lots of fun to catch in this Waterpark. They got open pool with some waves. Beware that food is pricey in the pack but your kids will love all the fun.

Wet'n'Wild Toronto was amazing! We were lucky that it weren't too busy, however a few rides were closed. Remember they do not allow food from outside, so if you are planning to eat your food, it will have to be a car park picnic! Which is fun also!
