I would certainly not recommend this company. They were supposed to install my lights and everything was confirmed. I was out of town and all the lights which I purchased from them last year were left on the porch. There were several email confirmation. After that i emailed the company 3 times and left a voice mail to ensure then install had been done as I had a party the day after I returned on December 1st. I arrived back home and nothing had been done. I called three times and it was only after I said if i did not hear back they would get a bad review that my call was returned. The fellow I spoke to said the i stall was supposed to take place on November 18th but he was new and would get the office to call me. I waited but no follow up call. 5 hours later I called again and got the same fellow. He expressed surprize that I had not heard back. I said I needed to hear back that day (Friday) as if they were not going to do it I needed to get someone else. To date despite more phone calls I have heard nothing. My party came and went with no lights. Last year I purchased my lights from them which were much more expensive than what I normally would pay but that is the only way they will guarantee the lights and it is good for three years. When they installed the lights last year the did not do the job correctly nor was the billing correct. I only went with them this year because of the guarantee but they are worse than useless. Happy to pay for the service. The lights seem to be good. First year after installation we tried calling early (say...Nov) to have them re-install. It was hard to get someone to call me back and I had to call at least a few times. When they finally got back to me, they said they can't install until the week of Christmas. At that point we are thinking...why bother! Now this year I started calling first week of November. I had to call 2 x before speaking to someone (I always leave a message). The person said they will email me the quote...2 days later no quote. I've since called 2 more times...no answer, just left message....no one has called back. It is now Nov 6 and I want an appointment to get my lights installed for this Christmas. Is that too much to ask!?!? Willing to pay too!
They claim they send out emails to customers to book light installation in September. My husband and I have been checking our spam mail and there is nothing from them.
What's worse, they say if we install ourselves or get someone else to install the lights we purchased from them the warranty is void. Most annoying since I can't even get anyone to call or email me so that I can book them to install the lights!

Read moreI've contacted this company to install Christmas lights. Blake (sales person) sounded very professional and, despite other lower quotes, I chose to go with them. A couple days later I've got a call from Chris advising that the next available date for installation is the next Tuesday (a week from the date of the call). I was not very happy about that but it's a busy season so that's understandable. She said that she will call to confirm the time. On Monday, a day before the scheduled installation date I waited until 4 pm and then gave a call just to confirm as I had to make some arrangements. Chris said that everything is ok and they will be coming tomorrow. I asked to call me before they come but nobody called. I contacted Blake in the afternoon to follow up. When I got home nothing was done. I contacted Blake to find out what happened. The next day, after a few phone calls back and forth, the outcome was: a wrong crew was sent so they could not do what had to be done (is a fairly typical newer house just like hundreds of other houses in the neighborhood) and the crew that could do it is booked and they are not sure when it can be done blah-blah-blah. Blake was the only person who took responsibility and at least called me back to apologize but it definitely did not help me much considering the time I wasted dealing and waiting for the service that...
