This Tim Hortons is always a joke when it comes to service and staff ( For drive-thru). How do you convince higher management with this kind of service? This is not the first time, I’ve been coming to this location for the past year, and day by day, they keep proving that they are the worst of the worst. Unfortunately, I have no other choice, which is why I continue using this place.
Your staff, speed of service; everything sucks here. I always wonder how you manage to hire the same type of employees. None of them seem to like their job, and the way they treat customers is trash. They don’t even have basic manners. This isn’t just about one or two people it’s everyone working at the drive-thru, both men and women. I have never had a good experience. Their attitude makes it seem like customers are there for free food and drinks. In this challenging time, many people are looking for jobs, Meanwhile, these employees are lucky to have one. If you don’t like serving customers, then please find a job that makes you happy.
Today, I ordered two very common drinks. There was only one vehicle ahead of me, yet I waited a long in the drive-thru. If they were brewing fresh coffee, that would make sense, but both drinks were already prepared when I pulled up to the pick-up window—yet I still had to wait another two minutes to receive them.
The funniest part is that they know how to scam customers. They never provide the original receipt because it includes Tim Hortons’ official survey details, which would guarantee negative reviews about this place and staff. Instead, they always give you a reprinted receipt, which conveniently excludes the survey.
Today, I specifically asked for the receipt before making my payment, and I saw the staff member secretly crumpling the original in his hand before reprinting a duplicate, just to cover himself. Come on, if you’re providing terrible service, expect negative reviews. Don’t try to hide from it.
I know this review won’t change anything. I’ll still have to return to the same awful service and waste my time. But at least writing this gives me some relief from the frustration I’ve built up over the past month. Thank...

Visited the Tim Hortons at Market Crossing around 10:45 AM and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant. We ordered two scrambled egg boxes (one with bacon), an extra large Earl Grey triple triple, and another coffee (with sugar, not sure how much as it wasn’t for me).
First, we were told they had no scrambled eggs and would have to settle for a Farmer’s Wrap instead. Not ideal, but we went along with it. Then we waited over 20 minutes for our food, and during that time, I noticed several other customers waiting just as long, if not longer, for simple orders like soup and coffee.
The staff were incredibly low energy, moving slowly as if they’d just rolled out of bed and clearly didn’t want to be there. When I asked to speak to a manager about the delays and mix-ups, I was completely dismissed and gaslighted. I was told there was “no problem” and that I “got what I ordered”—which was absolutely not the case.
When we finally got our food and drinks, I realized I had received an extra large coffee triple triple instead of the Earl Grey I ordered, and my friend’s coffee had no sugar at all. When I mentioned this, it was brushed off.
To make things worse, the floors were filthy, with napkins and trash everywhere, and it was obvious the place hadn’t been cleaned in hours. There were about 15-20 customers waiting to order or receive food, and the staff in the back looked confused and disorganized.
I didn’t get what I ordered, didn’t get a refund, and left feeling like my concerns were completely ignored. Both my friend and I received the wrong items, and the overall experience was beyond disappointing. If I could give negative stars, I would. This is supposed to be a corporate location, and I expect to get what I order, not be dismissed and treated like my business doesn’t matter.

Read moreOkay, I just had to write this review because I had to go back into this location and ask who made the sandwiches we just recently picked up. They were absolutely the best Artisan sandwiches we have had a Tim Horton’s and we hadn’t been to this location in a bit. Why were they the best? Compared to the ones that we thought were okay, there we 3 things that made them stand out. 1) when I opened the bag, I’m kind of used to mayo or sauce spilling out. There was only a little dab spilled 2) The sandwich was pristine. By that I mean the meat was purposely folded and sized to fit the bun dimensions. The tomatoes and bacon were places with care. This sandwich did not feel like others where it is rushed just to get the order out. 3) The bun was fresh and perfect. It makes all the difference. Something told me to go back in and let them know. So, followed that call and had a great chat with the staff. Turned out the guy that handed me wasn’t the one who made the sandwich and I was going thank him, it was the guy was talking to at the till, Khushdeep. I said, “ahhh, you made it. seriously, thank you for taking so much care in making the sandwich, it was profound. I really appreciate attention to detail like that because it makes the customer experience that much better.” 🤩 They asked if I could leave a google review… and so here it is. This location is great. I’ve been here a few time over the years but today was a levelled up experience of quality service with care and patience. Oh… and when I asked for napkins early and the staff directed me to the dispenser, I told them later that I usually have to ask for napkins at other locations because they keep them behind the counter and only give you two. Getting my own napkins was icing on the...
