Barcelos Flame Grilled Chicken — Restaurant in Burnaby

I usually order in Marine Way branch of Barcelos, and most of the time I order whole chicken only. Today, I order chicken from this Marine Drive Branch, when I'm just 5 minutes away from this restaurant for take out, so when I arrived there in just more than 5 minutes they have only 2 people eating at 5:30 pm, that is supposed to be busy but not. So I went to the counter, the chicken was already in the bag. I told the lady, that I usually don't want my chicken to be chop, but she said it's been chopped already and ready for pick up. So I just pay and leave, when I arrived home (5 minutes away from them) and open the bag, the chicken is not even hot, just warm. They just put a lot of sauce to the chicken. The chicken is not complete whole chicken, one of the wing was cut off, the back was also missing (my favorite part of chicken). I called the lady and asked why my chicken was like that, not hot, just warm and missing other parts, and she is making some alibi or reasons that doesn't make sense. I'm comparing to the other branch and other chicken restaurant like Nando's, their chicken is different, kind a HANDICAPPED...I don't recommend ordering from this branch. We are...

Great ambience, food is decent but over priced and customer service/waitresses are terrible. Came here more than a few times because of the location but this last time was brutal. Waitress is on the phone as they take my order, doesn’t acknowledge or say thank you even after giving a cash tip. After she takes my order she goes to hide in the corner to finish her phone call. Then after sitting for probably 30min waiting for them to bring my food out I decide to go up to see what’s going on. As soon as I come to the front she hands me a paper bag and says “here’s your food”. It’s really sad because I remember the first few times I came maybe a year ago it was the complete opposite where they would come to the table to see and ask if everything was okay.
