In 2003-2012 I have lived beside this park. Sadly I didn't have many good experiences here. Other than personal traumatic experiences from other kids, I will give an unbiased review. The park itself is a little hidden gem. The field is perfect for sports and the playground is good for children. The problem is that the water fountain is dirty and there are no washrooms. There is a small cul-de-sac beside the playground where you can ride your bike. The path is now gravel so you can also ride there. I too a visit yesterday and was saddened that they removed half of the playground including their renowned see saw and their mini excavators. There are even graffiti on the slides. With a little supervision and surveillance, this park will be a much better place for the children as well as everybody else.

Very large trees keep the park in the shade. Sitting here on a hot day, and the breeze is so nice! There is a large grassy area (field) for games and two playground areas, suitable for all ages.

The best part of this park: shady, and quiet! Very basic and has a small port-a-potty but a great spot for 5 and under kids.

Comfortable and quiet with room to play fetch with your dog or to pay some sports.

One time a really drunk woman went pee on one of the trees by me while I was reading, but there hasn't been a repeat performance thankfully.

The park also has a well appointed playground for the kids and a few benches for the...
