Fred Johns Park — Attraction in City of Leduc

I have lived in Edmonton for a long time but only visited this place this summer after looking for a place to practice paddle boarding. It's just the perfect place. The lake is relatively clean and it's just the perfect place to learn. Not busy in the morning. The washroom is very clean and automated. The playground area is the nicest one on hot days since it has a lot of trees around to catch some shade. Lots of resting areas and can use the pits to start a fire. Lots of birds there as well as an ok size playground with different things for all ages.
