This park is essentially a larger open field. It gets used about once during the summer for the Montgolfier hot air balloon festival. It looks like it would be a great place to fly your RC planes or "drones" as quadcopters and the like are called these days, but I don't know whether it's permissible to do that here. Read moreThe park itself has nothing special really. But Jacques Cartier street is beautiful. There are marinas, bike/walking path and lots of sitting areas to enjoy a lunch and the view. There are also a selection or restaurants and cafés and a food truck. The only issue is that you have to share the path with the cyclists. Keep in mind that not all of them slow down or have bells to warn you that they are passing. So try to keep to one side...
