This park offers visitors a decent-sized area for walking and relaxation. This park also boasts several amenities that make it a favorable destination for those seeking outdoor activities. One of the standout features is the enclosed public bathroom housed in a heated building, providing visitors with convenience and comfort throughout their visit. The park's layout allows for leisurely strolls, and the ample space ensures that visitors can enjoy their walks without feeling crowded. However, it is worth mentioning that the park could benefit from some attention when it comes to cleanliness. There have been instances of scattered garbage, which detracts from the overall ambiance. Proper maintenance and regular cleaning would greatly enhance the park's appeal. While the natural beauty of the park is evident, it becomes apparent that with proper landscaping, Borden Park could truly flourish as an exquisite destination for exercise enthusiasts. If this park was introducing well-planned green spaces, floral displays, and perhaps even a variety of trees and shrubs, the park could transform into a picturesque haven, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the tranquility of nature.

Love this park it is filled with art works, walking paths, a formal flower garden and is a great place to have a ball game, play tennis or just relax and have a picnic. Also public art is throughout the park, even the public washroom is a work of art. There is a natural swimming pool one of just a few in all of Canada. Playground for children. Covered picnic area that can be reserved for a small to large group. There is also an amphitheater for public use. Lots of great things in this park that all will enjoy, some comments posted about this park not being safe because of homeless people are unfounded, I have been visiting this park for many years and have always enjoyed it and if there was a homeless person around they are harmless and rarely around if at all.

Went during their Byzantine winter festival. Parking was full and trying to find any in overflow is a mess as there are no volunteers to direct you, they only had cops at the main intersection to direct traffic. People were literally parking on the road and blocking the lanes. Had to park at a Save on Foods and walk quite a ways. Park was not lit and sidewalks were covered in ice and snow. Ice sculptures probably would've been nice if children weren't walking right up to them and smashing them. Fireworks were poorly done. They were way too far away so they barely even breached the horizon, let alone the many trees that line the park. It was aight.

As a local guide, I am delighted to share my five-star review of Borden Park, located at 7507 Borden Park Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5B 4W8. My passion for this park stems from the countless cherished memories it has provided me with over the years.

Borden Park holds a special place in my heart, serving as a sanctuary of relaxation and recreation amidst the bustling city of Edmonton. Its sprawling green spaces, thoughtfully designed playgrounds, and picturesque walking trails have always been a source of joy and inspiration for me.

One of the standout features of Borden Park is its commitment to fostering community engagement and cultural enrichment. Through a diverse array of events and festivals, the park brings people together from all walks of life, celebrating the rich tapestry of cultures that make up our vibrant community. From music festivals to art exhibitions, there's always something exciting happening at Borden Park.

Moreover, the park's dedication to sustainability and environmental stewardship is truly commendable. From its lush landscaping to its eco-friendly amenities, Borden Park sets a shining example of responsible urban planning and management. It's refreshing to see a public space that not only provides recreational opportunities but also prioritizes the preservation of our natural environment.

This was the Canada Day celebration. It was awesome. There was a Fire Truck from station 5 who were giving tours of their truck and then they gave away fire hats and safety books. There was a booth set up describing what the 'New' Borden Park will look like. There is to be a lake put m that has zero entre and somehow uses the plants as a filtration. The lake Will be for swimming in BUT it will make the park look amazing. The other thing I liked about this booth was they gave away portable ashtrays; Let's Help Keep Edmonton Clean. I was able to use mine all day long.was Everything in Borden Park was free, the festivities started at 1PM and lasted until 4PM. They gave away free popcorn and cotton candy. They had a bouncy slide (an air filled slide; half bouncy castle half slide). There was live entertainment with what I heard, different entertainers. On one side of the park they also had some booths set up displaying just some of the booths at the Beverly Farmer's Market. I'm sure many people didn't even know that Beverly had a farmer's Market every...
