It's a nice park with playground, boat launch, and beach. The beach was our primary focus, and it was an enjoyable experience. It's relatively shallow with some good sandy sections, so great for kids or people just looking for some water time. It's relatively clean, for a lake, but expect some water plant life and rocks in places. Depending on your tolerance for walking on those things, water shoes may be helpful. If you've got some time, take a wander through the Enchanted Forest or watch for visitors to the...

Awesome quiet beaches and boat launches. There's a small beach with 2 sand volleyball courts and if you walk further down the paths, another beach with rentals for SUPs.

The adorable and magical enchanted forest is definitely another must visit for kids, lots of cute little faerie homes ✨️

There is 1 single bathroom near the parking lot and it was clean for a beach public washroom. Didn't see a place to rinse off after the beach, but I may have missed it.

Definitely a great beach for boating or other...

Beautiful little water front park which is great for picnic or just sit and relax. It has few benches facing the lake. There's no restroom (at least we couldn't find one). Parking is limited but we were able to find one fairly quick. Kids really enjoyed their time here and since it was sunny, laying down under the tree on a sunny day was blissful. Water is very clear but not accessible. Take some nice pictures and come back for...

If you are looking for a great place to paddle your SUP, kayak or canoe, with easy access, parking, and miles of beautiful waterway, this is it. We're Barefoot Paddle. ca and we are always looking for waterways to try out the Rideau Paddle Co. ca family brand of bamboo and iSUP stand up paddleboards. This is one of our favourites. Try it out. If you want to know more feel free to get in touch.
