We typically enjoy funvilla and tend to come monthly and sometimes weekly with our children. We can’t spend more than a hour- 1.5 because the kids do get bored but it is nice to know we can come back which we never do but nice option. However, after our visit today March 9 2020 I am not sure we will be coming as often if at all again.
I will say there have been some improvements that the arcade games were up and running and the toddler area merry go round was actually working so my son could enjoy it.
I hope the owner will take there’s suggestions seriously and not be ignored. We want to continue enjoying the facility but without these fixes it makes it difficult to want to...
Read moreFunvilla itself is great. I've been there many times pre-pandemic and enjoyed it thoroughly. Yesterday we went and was super disappointed. Not one place does it say kids 12months and younger get a free admission so I had purchased a ticket ahead of time for my 5 month old. ---yes I got a refund after requesting it myself and after they tried to change it into arcade money or credit for the overpriced food. Their mask policy is very lazy and not enforced at all. Apparently kids under 5 don't require a mask, however I saw many kids 8+ (because they did the climbing course which requires 8+age limit) not wearing a mask. Adults walking around without masks on...none of this was enforced. My friends 3year old walked passed the girls at the desk and out the doors on his own. Yes it's an adult's responsibility to watch their kids but why are they letting children out of the locked gates at the desk by himself? We were not allowed to bring any food or drink from outside into the building. There were tons of chairs of tables for inside food purchases which are overpriced, and we're asked to eat outside the building at the picnic tables if we brought our own food. Just unsure where the covid policy stands for outside food and drinks at tables that are social distance ?
I am not someone who is scared of covid I am vaccinated but I do appreciate the rules set in place and was super disappointed and...
Read moreMy younger brother had his 10th birthday here on September 23. Him and his friends all had a blast and our party host was a short young lady with brown straight hair (I can’t quite remember her name) but she was awesome, so patient and polite! But that wasn’t the problem, the problem was the man at the front desk.. he was a bigger guy who looked I would say Indian and when (me, my mom and 14yr old brother) we came first so we could decorate our party room for my little brother. We were a bit late and my dad n brother were right around the corner, so we were rushing. When we finally got to the desk my mom ask the man if me and my brother could go in to the party room and decorate, but he kept saying something to my mom about registering and my mom was going to stay at the front and register as me and my brother went in. My mom said it multiple times but he was just not listening to her and as she was about to explain again he said “Stop talking and listen to me.” Wow. That was so disrespectful and ignorant to say to a customer, my jaw was dropped. After he said that he literally told her the exact same thing she just said “me and my brother can go in but she has to stay and register.” Which is what she was already going to do… Besides that it was very crowd, garbage on the floors and was the worse experience there by far.
0 stars for him. 5 stars for our...
