We typically enjoy funvilla and tend to come monthly and sometimes weekly with our children. We can’t spend more than a hour- 1.5 because the kids do get bored but it is nice to know we can come back which we never do but nice option. However, after our visit today March 9 2020 I am not sure we will be coming as often if at all again.

  1. customer service/front could use some people skills, I don’t think they are being paid to be on their phones and chatting to each other while families just want to pay our fee to enter especially with the little ones being too excited and impatient.
  2. They also failed to close the gate to enter and exit meaning my toddler could leave as he pleased if I was not careful! That Is Scary! Considering no one is supervising any sections!
  3. there is a section by the younger trampoline area that has 2 safety cones to “block it off” it is extremely dangerous and any adventurous child will EASILY slip in there and be hurt! It leads to storage rooms and it’s literally a hazard with clutter. Better solution to close it off is A MUST!
  4. IT WAS SO DIRTY! It should be closed for a weekend or couple days for a FULL CLEAN & DISINFECTING! Garbage, water bottles, a dirty diaper, napkins etc. I found all through out the crack and crevasse of the areas in the trampoline and play structure trapped in the corners and cracks! We have a potential virus that is spreading this would be a perfect environment! They did have sanitizer at the front desk and by the older trampoline spot which I used The entire time! BUT this NEEDS To Be fixed! Our socks were BLACK when we came home from the dirt on the floor!
  5. The price is a little steep especially considering there are many play centres around (but I’m not really picking on that)
  6. Bathrooms could have used a quick tidy up (seeing as the staff were standing around anyways)
  7. Toddler area should have a sanitizer spot as well as a gate installed! Chasing a rambunctious 2.5 year old With a baby is hard I know other parents would appreciate it!
  8. Black Mold in the toddler area “water slide” yes, it was encased BUT it’s obviously visible and could cause concern!

I will say there have been some improvements that the arcade games were up and running and the toddler area merry go round was actually working so my son could enjoy it.

I hope the owner will take there’s suggestions seriously and not be ignored. We want to continue enjoying the facility but without these fixes it makes it difficult to want to...

Funvilla itself is great. I've been there many times pre-pandemic and enjoyed it thoroughly. Yesterday we went and was super disappointed. Not one place does it say kids 12months and younger get a free admission so I had purchased a ticket ahead of time for my 5 month old. ---yes I got a refund after requesting it myself and after they tried to change it into arcade money or credit for the overpriced food. Their mask policy is very lazy and not enforced at all. Apparently kids under 5 don't require a mask, however I saw many kids 8+ (because they did the climbing course which requires 8+age limit) not wearing a mask. Adults walking around without masks on...none of this was enforced. My friends 3year old walked passed the girls at the desk and out the doors on his own. Yes it's an adult's responsibility to watch their kids but why are they letting children out of the locked gates at the desk by himself? We were not allowed to bring any food or drink from outside into the building. There were tons of chairs of tables for inside food purchases which are overpriced, and we're asked to eat outside the building at the picnic tables if we brought our own food. Just unsure where the covid policy stands for outside food and drinks at tables that are social distance ?

I am not someone who is scared of covid I am vaccinated but I do appreciate the rules set in place and was super disappointed and...

My younger brother had his 10th birthday here on September 23. Him and his friends all had a blast and our party host was a short young lady with brown straight hair (I can’t quite remember her name) but she was awesome, so patient and polite! But that wasn’t the problem, the problem was the man at the front desk.. he was a bigger guy who looked I would say Indian and when (me, my mom and 14yr old brother) we came first so we could decorate our party room for my little brother. We were a bit late and my dad n brother were right around the corner, so we were rushing. When we finally got to the desk my mom ask the man if me and my brother could go in to the party room and decorate, but he kept saying something to my mom about registering and my mom was going to stay at the front and register as me and my brother went in. My mom said it multiple times but he was just not listening to her and as she was about to explain again he said “Stop talking and listen to me.” Wow. That was so disrespectful and ignorant to say to a customer, my jaw was dropped. After he said that he literally told her the exact same thing she just said “me and my brother can go in but she has to stay and register.” Which is what she was already going to do… Besides that it was very crowd, garbage on the floors and was the worse experience there by far.

0 stars for him. 5 stars for our...

• Size: Large • Free Wifi: Yes • Snacks: Big selection of snacks and drinks. Has an actual kitchen and fryers, so there's a number of hot food options too, including fries, chicken tenders, and pizza. • Seating: Comfy couches clustered the play structure, lots of tables and chairs near the cafe. • Condition: Brand new! • Cleanliness: Pretty decent, clean bathrooms, etc. Could maybe be a little tidier? There were a few staff members standing around looking bored that could have been sweeping up instead. Oh no, I really am old now • Parking: Lots of parking in both the front and back. • Misc: Very fun and elaborate 4-level play structure with padded floors and space for bigs to walk through, enclosed toddler area with a cool illuminated slide and foam block house, 2 trampoline areas for both younger and older kids (including basketball nets), challenging 'ninja' hanging obstacle climbing that my son adored, a quite extensive wall climbing section (requires separate fees and special supervision), reloadable card-based arcade, admission's on the pricier side ($19/kid) but we had a cheaper Groupon deal, don't enjoy wearing those itchy paper bracelets but I guess I can suffer through it if I must :)

EDIT JUNE 29, 2024: Ewww, gross! Lots of children and adults walking around without any socks. Some not even wearing grip socks but still playing on the different structures. It's really gross, especially with hot hot and humid it's been out lately. I almost purchased a membership to come often but forget it. Not with the lack of AC on the building, lack of socks and lack of grip socks, let alone lack of supervision still. Yes, a lot of places like this is full of bacteria, but there are ways to prevent some. General maintenance and cleanliness isn't that hard. Come on folks at Funvilla, start enforcing your own rules, keep up with maintenance (especially for your arcade games) and cleanliness to help make the experience of everyone who pays and enters your business more enjoyable. OLD REVIEW: Lots of fun for the kids. However, there's hardly any supervision around the trampolines from parents, guardians or staff. I found a few staff members on their cell phones or chatting amongst each other, rather than supervise the play areas (especially the trampolines).
