This park is beautiful especially in the summer and early fall. There’s lots of trails for running and walking and it was not too crowded when I visited. I like that it was also not lonely. Has just the right amount of people. It was neat and the swans by the lake , the lonely squirrel all added to the picturesque beauty...

This area with the water around the island is very nice except for that disgusting tent city. I know the city spent a million plus beautifying this park. It's a shame the city let's this happen. By laws make it easy to end it with the first erected tent. Sad...
