Playground, it's the best playground I've been to around the Kelowna area. Some of the pay structures are built into hills, lots of wood, lots of fun things to climb, swings, slides, a water table and many more. Beach volleyball nets are not on the beach but the courts are good. Beach, it's big with pretty nice sand. It takes a long time for the water to get deep so good for kids but you have to go way out to get a decent swim. Water, not super clean but decent enough. Lots of geese and some scummy stuff. Good facilities. Clean large washrooms. A covered picnic area. Several soccer fields and baseball diamonds that all look really nicely kept up.

Parking, dirt lot with plenty of spaces.

Dogs, not allowed. There is a dog park about half a block away.

There is also the rail trail about half a block away and it runs along the lake with several little beach accesses. It's very nice and a great spot for longer walks or bike rides. It's about 8k to the other side of the lake.

We go often and will...

While Beasley Park in Kelowna has potential with its scenic lake views and open spaces, I found it challenging to fully enjoy the experience due to the overwhelming presence of geese and their droppings. The abundance of geese poop scattered across the area makes it difficult to find a clean spot to sit or set up for a picnic. The park feels more like a haven for the geese than a welcoming spot for visitors. If you're looking for a place to relax by the lake or have a fun picnic, you might want to consider other options. The geese seem to have claimed Beasley Park for themselves, making it less than ideal for a...

Nice little beach esp for young kids. There is some shade. Parking area then field then beach so a bit of a walk but is flat. . Bit rocky at water edge so kids will like water shoes. Only about 5-6 ft deep max to swim rope. Shore edge great for little kids. Sandy beach. Warm lake. Few picnic tables. Lots of geese and gosslings. Did not get swimmers itch. Someone does keep droppings picked up so not horrible. As # of ppl increase the geese decrease...

Great park that has it all. Playground, sports field, picnic area, beach, lake, change rooms and washrooms. Went on a busy summer weekend, and this park has lots of parking, space, and shade to enjoy the park. Came back on a summer weekday and there's plenty of space and calm environment to relax and enjoy the view. Nice family oriented park.
