This is our worst experience buying food in Canada, we have bought in other locations and this has never happened to us, the staff seemed to be in a bad mood and apparently finishing their shift, seriously, quite rude, not friendly at all, we ordered a service for 4 people and besides being slow, they gave us a wrap instead of a chicken bowl, when I told her she had ordered the wrong thing she said, yes I'm sorry I made a mistake when taking the order but they have the same thing, if you want I can pass you the plate so you can empty it there,! I was surprised, and in fact she brought me a plate with forks and turned around, I called her back and told her, that's not what I ordered, and then she called someone else, after making me wait like 10 more minutes, I thought they were making my bowl. And no! The other lady comes back and asks me what the problem is. same thing, and I said no, I want a bowl, cilantro and chicken breast, and she says no, well here it is,... allow me... she leaves and brings rice in a cup and asks me if I wanted crispy or shredded chicken, and I said ... no, I don't want this, I want the bowl as it is offered, with chicken breast and salad, and she said, there's none left! it's already gone! and I said ... ok then please cancel it,. she leaves angry and again ten more minutes to give me the refund! wasted time, I was left without dinner and with a terrible taste in my mouth from the service, so without a doubt check the people they put in front of a counter, I explained about the allergy I had and they simply did not care, Saturday the 28th around 9:30. Terrible service and truly terrible attitude! Maybe if they had been more humble and kind everything would...
Read moreSunday October 29/2023 (1230pm I went to Tim Hortons located on hwy 97 in colewood mall in lake country BC. Just to begin, you just dont feel at Tim Hortons anymore as the employees literally donât even greet the customers the way it was done 5-10 years ago. Every time I go to Tim Hortons drive thru, the only things coming out of the e person taking orders is âHiâ thatâs it. It used to be formal like âhi there, welcome to Tim Hortons, what can I get started for you today?â. Anyways todays encounter was that I wasnât greeted by the employee, I gave my Oder of medium DD, Everthing bagel Double toasted with herb&garlic, after my order was placed, the order wasnât repeated back to me and at the window the employee rushed to give me my coffee and bagel. I saw my bagel was burnt, as well as it tasted burnt, so I went back thru the drive thru and told the same employee about the bagel and her reply was âwhoâs problem is that?â I said âTime Hortonsâ and she said âmaybe talk to the technician or somethingâ. She literally started arguing with me, and then I went inside to talk to the manger and again the manger clearly took the employeeâs side even though she very wrong. The manger was super rude as well. All that had to be done was to say âsorry about that, come up to the window and weâll fix it for you right awayâ. But clearly they had an attitude problem and not caring for the customers and the business they represent. Iâm sorry to say but Tim Hortons needs to watch over the behaviour of their employees and manger. I wonât be going back to that location and will definitely be telling other not to go as they wonât be treated...
Read moreOrder 6 donuts on my phone app that was for pickup. When arrived into the store, an employee asked me to go back outside and wait. Probably because they may have a person on store limit. I noticed a couple just leaving the ordering side with their food and proceeding to walk towards to entry only doors. Another customer in front of me went to orders his food. As he was doinf so, I went straight to the other end of the counter where there is the sign for "pickup" posted. During the 4 minutes wait, I see other customers ordering at the ordering and picking up the food and drinks at the same spot. And they exit at the "entry only" doors. I eventually loadly asked a staff member if I can get my online order. She immediately checked her order board and proceeded to fill a box with donuts. I stopped her instantly and asked if I can choose the ones I like.
This store is one I find lack customer service. The cashier should have at least directed the paid customers to pick up their orders at the "pickup" side. From there, one can exit following the proper directional arrows. The flow of customers in and out would be safely maintained. And all customers taken care of with equal efficiency...
