Staff was meh... We had to wait for 1h before starting our activity as we were a big group going in batches. We were all aware of that, no issue. They do not offer any refreshments (free nor for $$), no water, no snacks, nothing. I ordered a bottle of water and a Powerade (yes, I was hung-over) on UberEats but it unfortunately took much longer than expected to arrive (was supposed to take 25 mins, took 40) and I missed the delivery, so they left it at the front desk (in a bag, no smell, nothing). Once out of my activity, one of the members of my party told me they had something from me at the front desk. The guy working it was condescending saying "we're not a food delivery counter". I apologized and explained it was a timing issue. He somehow felt it was necessary to repeat in the same tone and to "never do that again, if [I] come back". When I understood the guy was simply power-tripping I just started to walk away and the guy was still talking by himself in the background. Don't worry about it bud', not coming back XD The activities...
Read moreOnce we found the entrance (with no signage an a locked door) and eventually got into the building, it was good. Nicely setup rooms and some good mechanics. I have done a few escape rooms around the world and in this we definitely should have been advised that the '40% of people that escape' use up to 5 clues. There was no indication that we 'should' be readily asking for clues if we want to escape. I'm assuming there were about 8-9 things to solve, so using clues for up to 5 of them and still having over half the people fail the room is just asking for disappointment. We essentially paid $100 to solve 4 riddles and then be walked out of a room. Feel like we got half of what we paid for. Simply advising us that most people use "X amount of clues" would've taken this from a 3...
Read moreVery well put together rooms, but I will say that potentially harder than average Escape games for each scenario. We went together as an office. Of the five games played not one of the teams managed to escape. The Warp Inc. room was fun, too bad we didn't realize there was a second part, we escaped the first part with 9 minutes to go. We had no chance as the second half was harder than the first. The first room had a problem of too many locks to do without an idea of which one to start with and they really need to be done in the right order, focus on the wrong one first and you're probably going to seal your fate the same as us. That said. The puzzles were otherwise engaging and fun. We...
