They sold me a defective unit and it took more than 3 months to replace. No compensation, nothing. They gave me bad attitude because after 3 months I was starting to get impatient. I had to unistall their defect, bring it back myself, wait 3+ months, and go back to the store again and reinstall it again. Worst worst service ever and bad hardware as well it would seem. Excellent value and price. Purchased two 300 watt panels and had them shipped to Alberta. One was defective. Sent it back and they shipped another out immediately. Purchased another a year later. Best price as far as I could find and I searched all over North America. I even had the owner of Bogart Engineering look at the specs to be sure they were compatible with their product. He was pretty surprised with the product...
