La Ferronnerie de Cuper — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Went here for a friends and family gathering, service was rushed and we felt as though they wanted us out as quickly as possible. In addition to this, we had to pay the meals in advance including tip which os okay at first. But once the rare steak I ordered came, the waitress told me it was medium and apologized. I asked for a rare, she said “oh that is rare finally”. Once I cut into it I saw that it wasn’t rare at all. They then told me they had no more steaks anyway. Had to ask for a refund and they offered zero compensation for food. Also quite unsanitary, the same waitress who proceeded to be rude began to serve drinks. She is the waitress with the two paw print tattoos on her chest, I caught her on two occasions serving drinks in glasses she was sticking her nose in to smell the alcohol...

Came here for a quick Mother’s Day breakfast/Brunch. We had made reservations but had the entire place to ourselves 😂. This little gem is in an industrial area of Laval and surely operates at full capacity on weekdays. The ambiance is very casual - woodsy saloon vibe - loved it!
