Usually I got to school in the mornings and this Tim Horton is the nearest one, so I always go and pick my coffee and bagel from here. Today, I went, and I ordered a coffee and a bagel sesame with cheese cream and tomato and salad inside. First of alll she gave me another type of bagel and it wasn’t cut in the middle, but since I passed by drive through, I didn’t get the chance to check so when I checked that it wasn’t correct order while doing a turn my coffee spilled all over my self and my seat and I got burn, and almost about to crash. I went back I said the whole and they didn’t say sorry at all not even once, and when I said about my coffee, they laughed at me, both of them were québécoise with green eyes and they charged me for coffee too. It’s ok for the coffee I guess, but they didn’t apologize once and she went inside and talking about it to her other coworkers and they were all giving me side eyes! Completely disrespectful and rude! Read moreThis review is about the woman working at the drive-through service. When I placed my order, she asked me several times how I wanted my timatin prepared because she couldn’t hear me well. After she finally understood, she said on the speaker the word “tja3er”, which in Lebanese/Syrian culture is a very offensive word.
When I picked up my lunch, I told her that I understood what she said because I’m Lebanese. She replied that it wasn’t directed at me but I am quite sure it was. Regardless, even if it wasn’t for me, it is unacceptable for employees to use such disrespectful language in the workplace.

She was not listening while I made the order.
