Large selection and friendly staff, if you bring your car around they offer to bring your order to your car, which is not a given nowadays.

Edit: Had to exchange a product and also had to get some parts under warranty for a 2nd product. Both visits were easy, the staff was friendly and helpful. Great experiences all the way, couldn't recommend...
