Industria Pizzeria + Bar — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

We went for dinner as a girls night to celebrate my friends birthday. We kept having to ask for water. Our water glasses would sit empty for at least 10+ minutes at a time. The waiter wasn’t checking in on us. It was just overall horrible experience. My fettuccine Alfredo, which I got with Penne noodles, ended up coming super super covered in pepper and when I told the waiter, he just didn’t seem to care so I didn’t even get a replacement and didn’t end up eating dinner. My friend asked for bread three times which never came. All of the food that did come was freezing cold. My friend didn’t even say anything about the temp of her pasta after the pepper fiasco. Portions were also way smaller than the Blainville location. I have been to this location before and we go to the one in Blainville all the time and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Industria. I was going to do the Uber eats Bogo pizza on the way out to bring to my family, but because the whole night and experience was so bad and the food was so bad I decided against it and not risk it. There was no manager that came to speak to us, no apology. No anything at all. I contacted the restaurant and someone was supposed to call me a week ago…...

Really disappointed and gone downhill. Visited last night and was surprised that no one, not the waiter, the servers that came to our table or the cooks (visible) were wearing their masks (which are still mandatory). There was in our group an immunocompromised guest, and we did not feel that this showed respect towards him/your client guests. We had to ask the waiter to wear his mask correctly, and he made a sad effort to do so only at our table, but the other bus servers did not. Then, the food, which until now, we have always enjoyed without incident. Yesterday, one of the pasta dishes was disgusting and greasy, and another had crunchy dirt on the mushrooms which were obviously not washed well. We have never had a pizza with blue cheese as one of the cheeses (yuck) and this was not on listed the menu for the 4 cheese pizza (unless they simply put a moldy cheese on the pizza because it was actually blue). Overall no one was happy with their meal. There are other options right next door that are better, and we likely won't be visiting your establishment again. I would give zero stars if possible based on the poor food...

We went to this restaurant Industria. The welcoming was nice. We were there around 5 o’clock to try to enjoy the 5 to 7 special.. The server came to see us and didn’t look so happy. I ask what was the special for the happy hour they told me they have a special on the beer also special for the wine the house wine and that’s it. I ordered a beer. We had three choices and the beer was a very small about 10 ounce glass and the glass of wine was a decent size.. I talked to another waiter and he told me they have specials also on three basic alcohol like vodka, rum, and something else. When I ask my server, she told me they have no special on alcohol just shooters so if I have a shooter of vodka or rum, that was on special. When I look on the website, they said they have special on cocktails also which they never give me a chance to take. Also they did not offer any special for the food for the happy hour..
