This place is great for young children! Running from Seacliff drive to lake Erie, the park includes an outdoor amphitheatre, a substantial childrens playground, an excellent splash park (a cut above most splash parks I have been too), many areas for family gatherings with picnic tables under trees throughout the park. Finally as you walk through the park you end up at the beach on lake Erie. Now it isn't the best beach by any stretch of the imagination but it is there. There aren't any parks quite like this along the entire northern shore of lake Erie and it is worth bringing your kids to if you are...

Love this place! A huge wooded area for picnics and shaded walking trails. Theres a big playground with an adjacent washroom area, which isnt always the cleanest and not open in the winter. There is a nice fenced in splashpad nearby that has lots of tables and shaded areas to watch your kids play with bathrooms and changerooms in the enclosed area that are usually clean. Summertime it is VERY busy at the splashpad. Theres handicap accessible washrooms as well. Lots of parking along the road or near the splashpad. It is all a short distance to the amphitheater and the beach. Worth a visit when...
