Nothing fancy, but nice clean rooms and friendly competent staff. "Room service" is delivery from Armando's Restaurant, and is excellent food. Wi-Fi works well. Convenient to shopping and dining. In-room microwave is small but mighty, with plenty of settings. Good-sized fridge with an icebox. In-room cup-at-a-time coffee maker with Wolfgang Puck coffee was convenient and better than the coffee in the breakfast room. Gym is small but with one each stairclimber, cycle, and treadmill in addition to weights. Parking is free and plentiful. Bedside lamps include a reading spot on an adjustable neck. Plugs on both nightstands and the desk. Water heats up fast and stays hot. Bathroom sink has a working plug for running a basin of water. Oh, and check out the amazing wall panels in the ground floor restroom. The cons: included breakfast is nothing special. Room was on the small side (one king bed with accessible shower). The snack shop offerings are really thin and just chips and candy. Coffee is a Nescafe dispenser and totally mediocre. There is no restaurant, pool, hot tub, or really anything but a lobby and a gym. Shower includes ZERO instruction on which way to turn it or anything.

We recently stayed for two nights at this place, and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and a special mention goes to Miss Mahi, the breakfast attendant. She truly made our mornings special by interacting with us during breakfast—it made us feel genuinely cared for. The breakfast itself was very nice with a good variety of items to choose from. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made for a restful sleep. I especially appreciated the blinds in the room—they provided perfect darkness even during the day, which was great for relaxation. The lobby was fresh and inviting, and everything was well-kept. This place is also very conveniently located—it's close to the Pelee Island ferry service, so if you're planning to catch the ferry, it's a perfect place to stay. There are also a variety of restaurants and shops nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!

Great location for me a nature lover. In fact I am so close to nature I was excited to see a queen ant in my hotel room. It's rare to see a queen ant. I wonder where the rest of the colony is? The ant was at least half an inch same as my prescription drugs. But yes great place cozy atmosphere, great ventilation, comfortable beds and pretty good food in the hotel it's self and around the area. Would go there again. The decor was present as well. I'm someone who notices details and I like how the walls have rosehips painted on them in silver paint very beautiful detail.

My stay in this hotel was a nightmare. After I took my shower I realized there was no hair dryer in the bathroom nor in the room so I called guest services to borrow one, after not receiving it I called again and I was told there should be one beneath the sink, I assured her there was none and even came up and looked for it herself. She told me would try to get one for me and after a while I called back and she told me that her manager said it was in the room for sure. I asked her his phone to speak with him myself and in a very rude manner Mr. Dharmesh Patel told me that I robbed it for sure because he inspected the room himself the night before my arrival. He also told me would make somebody to check my car and my belongings. He came to the hotel and up to my room , he called me a thief and made me empty my suitcase in front of him. My daughter was frightened and crying. At this point we decided to call the police. After the police came we ended up paying for the missing hair dryer in my bill with the hotel commitment of refunding it to my credit card once they verify the surveillance cameras and do the investigation of their staff. Obviously I have no confidence of this happening. I think that to accuse somebody you have to have proof of it. Is not the money, I can understand companies policies regarding missing objects but the way Mr. Dharmesh Patel treated me and my family was incredibly humiliating. Worst experience in a hotel I ever had in my life. Companies should verify “managers” have the skills , proper training and criteria to deal with this kind of situations. The language and attitude this manager had for a client were completely unacceptable. I do not want another family to have the same experience we had. If you have an option don’t risk your travel experience...

We chose this hotel based on reviews and availability. When we walked up and saw a rainbow business sign on the door, we thought we had chosen wisely. Unfortunately the staff person proceeded to assume that I was a man, and then that my wife must be my mother, clearly lacking any awareness of lgbt people in her worldview, which soured our check in experience. Once in our room (216) the fridge was so noisy we unplugged it and the shower handle was broken. Having come in from hiking and wanting to shower to check for ticks before we relaxed in the room, the fact that it took more than half an hour for the person to come and see the problem was frustrating. Once we were switched to another room, our stay was fine. The fridge in our second room (205) was quieter and the shower worked fine. Had we been offered any compensation for the inconvenience, we might have rated this higher. Without anything more than an I’m sorry, the most generous rating I can give this hotel is an average. We also found it a bit weird that the pamphlet display cases contained information about attractions in places like Ottawa and Virginia, rather than any local tourism options someone staying there might want to know about. The highlight of this hotel was that it was clean. For these reasons, I wouldn’t recommend or not recommend this hotel to others. However, if a friend was thinking of staying there, I would definitely tell them about our experience so they could decide for themselves if they wanted to stay...

Booked the accessible room with roll-in shower, king bed. Shower had no lip or threshold, so truly a roll in shower. Bed is not too high. Carpet free in room. Carpet in hallway. It’s a standard room that has been remodeled, so it’s a bit tight, but manageable. Long narrow entryway needs a power door opener. Not enough space at foot of bed to access windows, curtains. Hard to reach light switches and outlets. As a full time wheelchair user I would not be able to navigate the room independently. Didn’t notice any braille, or silent alarms for those with visual and hearing impairments but I wasn’t really looking. That being said, I am glad to have a room with a roll in shower and accessible features that I can book when I am in Leamington. It should be standard nowadays with AODA, but sadly isn’t. Kudos to Quality Inn Leamington for stepping up.||Although not mentioned on their website, it serves complimentary breakfast from 6am-9am. Sandy was really helpful in the breakfast area. He was very attentive, asking if we slept well and required anything. Noticing I needed help getting breakfast, he asked what I wanted and brought it to me. He also suggested local points of interest. He was as attentive with other guests as well, but not overbearing, or intrusive to those who prefer solitude first thing in the morning. It’s great to see someone who has such pride in their work and passion for...
