Jolly Bubble has been truly life changing, for me in particular. If you are looking for a clean, entertaining, safe indoor playground to bring your children, this is the one.
Jolly Bubble not only provided my kids with ample entertainment, but provided me with a space where my heart and my kids could feel safe again (I’ll explain further later in the review). They truly adore coming to Jolly Bubble and frequently ask to go. My daughter was about 2 and a half years old and she loves the grocery store, doctor’s office, LEGO room, princess/make-up section, ball pit, slides, trampoline and play structure the most. My son was 9 months old and he loves the baby room, ball pit and LEGO room. He actually learned how to climb for the first time in the baby room! They both love the ball tubes in the back. Very entertaining.
The staff is incredible here. They recognize a familiar face and are always incredibly welcoming. They make you feel valued. Everyone meets your gaze with a friendly smile, and they are happy to be around the children. I imagine that the manager is top notch at what they do, as a good team is guided by a good leader.
This is easily the cleanest indoor playground I have ever seen. The employee who constantly walks around with the Dyson never misses anything and still manages to give you a smile and a wave - it’s quite impressive.
I first came here after my daughter had successfully fought a rare disease early 2025. Jolly Bubble is the place that I got to see my baby girl light up again after the most terrifying experience of my entire life. It was also my safe place after having terrible postpartum with my son. So naturally, I bought a monthly pass. I went every single weekend, and even on some weekdays (especially on movie night!) - definitely worth it. It was also nice to have a place that was filled with people who are relatable. The guests are friendly and are all doing the same thing - parenting, loving, learning and playing. I very rarely had bad interactions with other parents or children.
I am glad that I am in a better place to finally write this review! (I’ve been wanting to write one for so long, but never found the strength or words to describe how wonderful my experience was).
Jolly Bubble holds a special place in my heart. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all. Keep up the great work. Wishing the Markham location...
Read moreFirst time coming here. My family did the all day weekend pass. Overall it was a great experience. We arrived before 11:30 am on a summer Saturday. It wasn't crowded. However, when we came back from our late lunch, it got pretty busy due to a birthday party mainly in the front area.
Atmosphere: The place is pretty clean and well maintained. It is a modern take on the indoor playground runs in Asia.
Access & Cleanliness: One area was out of service, it was the milking cow section. Staff were often seen vacuuming and wiping the washrooms. They have slippers for the washroom areas. They have cubbies for your shoes and belongings but are open style (no locks). If you paid for the all day the pass you can walk in and come back to access the place on the same day.
Play: My toddler and early primary school child had a lots of fun. There are two interactive games which were the Mario Kart (2 player game) and fire fighter hero shooting game (4 player game) if you want your kids to have some screen time. The place consists of a climbing area with slides and a ball pit, super market, Lego duplo area, hospital or clinic area, car repair, tykes area, ball and pipe area, large block building area, and hen hatching area. Staff to routine pickup of toys that are out of the area and bring them back to the associated sections.
Food & Services: You can purchase snacks and beverages, you must paid by card only. You aren't supposed to bring your own food however, people do bring their own water bottles.
Things to improve: The bead section is gone; however, we did find some remaining beads inside the climbing structure. The staff should consider doing a thorough cleaning in that zone. At least they remove the bead area completely. The in and out gate for better crowd control and safety. Since kids can just run off and out of the place if the parents are busy watching their other kids who are still playing in the indoor playground. They should have an actual gate. Staff need to maintain the place cleaner when there is a higher volume of people. Customer drinking water and spilling (mainly water), sometimes not...
Read moreOk so first of all I want to begin by saying that I actually quite like this playground and have come back to it 3 times already with my daughter. The reason I am giving it a 2 star rating is because I’m deducting a star for each thing that can be improved as a suggestion to the management - when they respond to my suggestions I will give the star back.
Let’s start with the positive stuff:
this playground has themed little rooms where you can play at different activities. A mini super market with shopping carts, a mini mechanical garage with play tools, and so on. I love it. they have an arcade machine unlocked free of charge and a Nintendo DS station where you can play Mario kart (although the pedal doesn’t work very well) they have a race track for older kids to play remote control cars they have a giant Lego room they even have a little section of the playground that feels like a science room to me (could be improved) where you play with balls being pushed up a tube through a vacuum.
I mean overall I love this place but here are my suggestions:
Jolly Bubble ownership please improve your lounge area for parents. It’s nice that you have a little cafe area where we can get coffee while the kids play but the chairs are dangerously flimsy. I’m not even a fully fledged fat guy by North American standards and when I sat on that chair I felt I almost broke it. Those plastic chairs are not cool at all and I am sure it’s a matter of time before someone actually breaks one and falls on their head backwards.
Please spend some time maintaining the equipment which I know must be hard with so many kids coming and being busy all the time but the jungle gym part of the playground is pretty beat up with multiple times encountering broken pleather on the cushiony stuff.
Please incorporate a smarter pricing system for people who may want to stay longer time. I think the 2 hour is good but a little expensive, maybe offer a little break on a 3rd or 4th hour and improve your lounge area so parents spend more money at the cafe while kids play.
Those are my...
