Update!! **May 15, 2024 After I posted the first review, the guy called within a few days with nothing but excuses. Came to the house to do the visit , that was DECEMBER, we got an email sent where we had to fill out some things, which my husband did the day of, that was MARCH. Was told that me writing a bad review would extend how long it took to get me my money. Sent the guy an email, again, asking what next and no response. Still DO NOT have my rebate.
Terrible service and company to deal with.
They make lots of promises and high service claims on their website, but in reality don't actually back it up with follow through once they get your money.
The original assessment they did before my window install was easy enough, but trying to get them to come back after the upgrades have been completed has turned out to be impossible. So they now have been paid and I haven't gotten a rebate.
It has now been over a year since the original assessment and the upgrades have been long ago been completed.
For the final inspection, I booked an appointment, took the day off work and the assessor never showed up. Then when I followed up numerous times by both phone and text he wouldn't respond . Then when I try to contact him his number says out of service. I finally called the main office, not once, but twice, and they have yet to get back to us as well.
I get it, sometimes things fall between the cracks, overlooked or a mistake is made, it happens with even with the best companies, but the difference is, companies who actually have high service beyond just words, actually step up and make things right when they do.
But this company has yet to do so.
Even when finally managed to get in touch with someone to come back, the guy I spoke with after hearing the ordeal I had to incur, seemed indifferent and didn't seem to care.
At this point, I am completely fed up. I have had to keep the stickers, saying the types of windows installed with their energy ratings, up, stopping me from being able to frost my bathroom window, where my neighbours house have a perfect view in. I have lost hope of ever getting my rebate.

Read moreIf I could leave zero stars I would. This company is a complete sham. I have tried to follow up multiple times to find out the status of our rebate to no avail. I have multiple phone numbers that will answer sometimes, but there is always an excuse "vacation, family emergency, too busy, will call when at office", but they never follow up. I will call, they don't pick up, but reply to a text. When I make my request again, they go silent. The company head office does not answer calls. This company should not be in business.
Editing to add: My final energy audit was October 27th. I followed up a few times after that to confirm that it was submitted and everything is good to go. I was told yes, it was. I had followed up a few times to inquire about the status + file number, etc. No response by either my energy auditor OR THE COMPANY. When I finally got a hold of my file number and spoke to Enbridge today (April 3) I was told by Enbridge that it was only submitted TODAY! That is 5 months AFTER they told me it was submitted and our 24-30 weeks for the rebate ONLY STARTS NOW. I am LIVID. This company is a bunch of frauds. By far one of the worst companies to deal with. I reached out to EnerSolutions for an energy assessment to replace my windows. It was like fighting tooth and nail to get them in for the post-assessment. So difficult to get ahold of these people and when they would set up a date to come assess, they would need to change it. Finally got the assessment done but the report was never submitted to Enbridge. I only found out after I reached out to Enbridge 24 weeks after my original assessment to find out the status of my rebate cheque only to be told that the report was never submitted. Impossible to get an answer from the energy advisor on what happened to my report and why it took him almost 5 months to submit it. Now I need to wait another 24 weeks, so total of almost a year for my rebate cheque.
