Fred Raper Park — Attraction in Meaford

Right on the shoreline of Georgian Bay in the city of Meaford. It provides a large waterfront access point for residents and visitors to enjoy during the summer months. It includes playground equipment, picnic tables, a gazebo, and washrooms.

Despite the name it's a pretty nice park, has flush toilet washrooms, splash pad, swings, and a climber with some slides. There are a few park benches if you want to sit down and eat. Close to the lake if you want to go for a walk. A Nice Little Park Jewel We stopped for a brief break on our way to Blue Mountain cave from Bruce Peninsula back in Aug 2021 (and came BACK in Aug 2022).
