wittys lagoon — Attraction in Metchosin

Great day last Sunday morning on the beach. Gathered a group of 10 of us and located not far from washrooms in the shade/sun. Tide was out far so that was great walking in the sand and playing around. Wonderful refreshing place. May want to walk down farther away from groups if you come in the busy times. Could have been great BUT many dog owners cannot read signs as no dogs allowed during summer months does not seem to apply to them and no enforcement of the rules.
