Rude and Unprofessional FRONT DESK WORKERS
I called this afternoon and told the employee at the front desk that I want to “renew” my doctor note. Coz I was thinking about renewing some other things later. Although the word renew was not the correct word to use, what I said was pretty straightforward and can be easily understood. That employee was so smart that she noticed the incorrect use of “renew” and had to correct me like she was my English teacher. She said “we don’t renew doctor note. You can’t renew your doctor note anywhere. It is getting a new doctor note, not renew, ok?”.
And this is NOT IT!!!!!!
Since they don’t do direct billing, I was told to pay $80 in total by emt where the doctor visit costed $60 and doctor note costed $20. After an hour I got another phone call telling me “the doctor note is $25 not $20. You need to cancel the transfer and send another one of $85.” There was no “Sorry” or any kind of apology until I questioned “it was one of your people told me to pay $80 and now all of a sudden it is $85?”. She said “Sorry she made a mistake, just cancel the transfer and do another one”. She was never really sorry about all the inconvenience this may have cause me and all she wanted was that damn $5.
BOTH WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I believe this is not how you should speak to your clients/patients....
Read moreThe front desk ladies both are very rude and arrogant in behaviour ….this is not only me giving complain about them i realize when It happened with me…..they don’t have manners how to behave professionally on call and they are not bothered to give you a call back even if you are dying for emergency …. I have booked an appointment here but it was not in their record and when I asked here I am coming for vaccine for my baby she told me go to other clinic they don’t have vaccine and when I told here why you Guys telling me now and I hang the call later she calls me and tell me that I am “” BATAMEEZ “” in her language in English its and Bad Word I just can’t tolerate this when I reached to doctor I told doctor about it ….she says she cannot do like this aboviously she will support her staff but being a doctor she should check the Google reviews about them it’s not only me but there are many and than she will know she should support her or not but I think Doctor is not bothered about the patients complaints she will support the Mannerless staff any ways ….I just want to change the doctor and this ladies should learn manner and this is Canada they should know how to behave professionally at the place you are sitting… And they will not follow up with your reports……unless you call them !!! Pathetic and Horrible...
