This family run restaurant is a hidden gem. They do simple food the right way, with care and attention. There is no gimmicky garlic sauce here. The proteins are expertly seasoned. The rice is simple and wholesome. Just perfect 👌 and fluffy. At other kebab restaurants, I find myself thirsty for hours because of the MSG or similar that is in the rice.

So it is refreshing to taste and savour fresh rice with a dash of seasoning.

I really enjoy the grilled tomatoes and that homemade coleslaw… it is perfect 👌.

And I am addicted to the rice pudding dessert … and I keep forgetting the name !!! It is delightful. A perfect end to a wonderful meal.

A++ experience here.

This is a hidden gem IMHO. It appears to be family owned and operated. So let’s continue to support our local businesses.

I ordered the Vazeri ( Waziri ) dinner to go. The service was very friendly and helpful.

You can taste and smell 👃 the char grill flavour which is very crave-able. The chicken was tender and perfectly seasoned. The ground beef was good 👍 but I had better. This still good though of course.

There is no garlic sauce here folks and the proteins really doesn’t need it. Just enjoy 😊.

I also tried their rice pudding dessert which is delicious 🤤. It reminds me of firnee. The cardamom and almonds with Middle Eastern spices are a great combination. It was very enjoyable.

We googled the best catering in mississauga and they came up.

Anxious to see what their food and service is like , we ordered a few items on their menu tonight .

Ordered online through a third party app and it was very simple and easy .

Upon arriving they asked for our phone number and without any looking they just said it's almost ready 5 to 10 min . No problem. 5 minutes later ,another staff came and asked for our order, then she looked for it and found it sitting on the counter ( been there for awhile ).

Picked it up in a closed stapled bag.

Came back to our house and opened the bag , one item was missing. Called them, they said sorry cant do anything about it if we live far . Didn't offer anything else . I asked for refund, they said sorry cant do anything gotta go online and fill up a form.

Now the food is good for the price you pay. Amount of food is enough per portion. But one big problem was the coleslaw salad that came with our food was rotten. All 4 of them . Had to go straight to garbage .

I really did not think my first experience with them would be this bad . Unfortunately lack of customer service and quality control on their side , made us not to go back to them for our catering.

I have to share my experience today I am regular customer for Sultan Express Restaurant , But today something too weird happened to me ! It was today Mar 04.2023 @ 3.36 PM Today I invite my friend, So we was 2 persons. After we eat, I went to pay my bill . I paid with my company debit card , So the owner told the payment doesn't want through, So try again ! So I tried again ! And again the owner told me the payment not successed ! I told him I am sure there is no issue with my card ! So he told me try another card ! So I paid with my credit card in the same bank , CIBC after I left the restaurant ! My wife called me to say I paid 3 times to the restaurant 2 times by debit card & 1 by credit card. So I called the Sultan Express to explain what happened, I asked to speak with the Owner ofcthe restaurant ! So after I explained for him in very nice way what happened, he surprised me with his reply!!! First of all he was too rude with me & he refused to listen to my complan and he refused to refund my money. I calledcmy bank to refund my over 100 $ So I am still waiting for CIBC Bank for the Investigation. I called the restaurant alot & they start to refused answer my call.
