I used to go here all the time and the people used to be lovely, but those people don't seem to work there anymore. The new employees are rude and have no decorum.
For the past few months now, my mother and I have been having problems. The first incident occurred when they forgot to add mushrooms to our pizza. They then chucked some raw mushrooms on top and toasted it quickly.
A few weeks ago, we went back and our pizza was undercooked.
Finally, my mother went in last night and had to wait 40 minutes for our extra large pepperoni and mushroom pizza with six pieces of chicken strips. That wouldn't be an issue if there was a lineup--however, people who came in and ordered after her left with their pizzas before her. The delivery driver made a couple of trips, too. My mother went up, asked about our pizza, and they had been keeping it off to the side somewhere.
The pizza was not hot. My mother pointed it out, but they argued with her. She touched the bottom of the box and it wasn't warm at all. There was also no steam coming out of the pizza when they opened the box. So, again, there were no mushrooms on the pizza. The man behind the counter picked up a mushroom, waved it at her, and said, "this is a mushroom!" She stared at him. They offered to just toast the mushrooms on top, but my mother asked them if they would want to eat raw mushrooms that had only been toasted. She asked if it was even safe to eat raw mushrooms.
The man behind the counter keep on waving his arms, mumbling something, and motioning to one of his co-workers. My mother would have asked for her money back, but we were hungry and had she been waiting for around an hour. She asked them to re-make our pizza and watched them the entire time to make sure nothing suspicious happened.
When she left, the man behind the counter was heard muttering something.
There had once been a nice, friendly, very bubbly Asian man working there before cooking the pizzas. He always made the best. However, we have not seen him there in a long time and all the employees have changed.

Read moreZero stars (if I could). Horrible customer service. My family does not usually buy delivery pizza. My dad had work and was in a rush to have food, so I quickly finalized my order online. I accidentally clicked on medium pizza but wanted the large special. I realized my mistake and called right away!. Their website states: "If you have placed an order, and need to reach us immediately to make a change or inquiry about your order, please telephone your local Pizza Pizza number and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you."
I was put on hold for a good 6 minutes. When the lady picked up and asked for my number (she didn't seem happy to assist me). I quickly told her, that I made a mistake, I need a large instead of a medium. She put me on ANOTHER hold (Of course if you keep putting me on hold, the pizza's going to be made already!) She came back and said "It's been 7 minutes the pizza has already been made. Sorry about that" She didn't try to give me another solution or anything. She seemed like she didn't care. I wish I could reach the actual pizza store, but I guess it's not possible.
My boyfriend called back again because he wasn't satisfied. The lady told him that because they're busy, they're unable to assist him. Basically saying "it's not our fault, we're busy and you're put on hold." She tried to come up with a solution, she offered to cancel the order, in which I appreciated, unlike the first representative. Overall, why does everyone sound like they hate their job.. SMH.
Nothing was resolved, my order had already left the store. I still ended up paying for the pizza too small to feed my family. I'm SO disappointed with how they dealt with the issue.
Moral of the story: What it says on their website is a lie! DON'T YOU DARE MAKE A MISTAKE WHEN ORDERING A PIZZA, THEY WON"T FIX ANYTHING! You can't reach them, and by the time you even reach anyone, it'll be too late, and they won't care!!! Never again, will I put myself through their customer service. NEVER. AGAIN. I am not buying their mediocre pizza after this...
Read moreThis is the worst store and worst customer service. I ordered last night for a delivery for my daugther's birthday party in school and the guy took all the details with care with my hand written note of time and address for delivery with both my home and cell phone numbers.
At delivery time we called pizza pizza and they say cant find any order and on call person was not providing us the phone number of the location also to talk directly and wasted another 20 minutes. Later on we drove all the way 20 mins to reach the store and then from the bunch of this stupid store's receipts we ourself find out the receipt and then the processed the order.
Kids at school were awaiting for this for additional one hour when they have dedicated lunch hour which is wasted and is so much embarrassment of us. I will never order from this store. This has the worst people and worst customer service. I think overall based on my experience with pizza pizza customer service it is not a standard company which cares about customers. Never go to this store very unprofessional people....
