Grey Rock Casino — Attraction in New Brunswick

Yes... Seating and service was a slow start... We almost left after our first drink for the next door chicken place. We decided to give the staff a chance since the menu was enticing. We were pleasantly surprised at the wine selection and ESPECIALLY the prices... Good quality wine for a very fair price (24$/bottle). We opted for the ribeye special. Very good cuts, nice portion. And I mean a very nicely marbled slab of beef. Smoking is permitted on the terrace so we enjoyed our drinks in a very relaxing environment. Being tourists, out of our element... The manager Mario helped us out with finding a hotel room. Shawn at the front desk gave us the full run down of the premises. Our waitresses Kimberly and Lise gave us the royal treatment. The service made us feel like weekend royalty. We ate very well, drank our fill and enjoyed the slots responsably. My soon to be fiancé and I made two new wonderful lifelong friends. To end our night, security handled the taxis and our Grand Cherokee spent the night in a very well lit parking, surveillance included. This was our best evening experience in a very long time. We stopped at Grey Rock Casino for the night as we were traveling from Ontario to New Brunswick. As they allow overnight parking with permission it's a great alternative to taking a risk parking at a truck stop or other venue without permission. We had an excellent meal at the main restaurant. The security were friendly and welcoming. The parking lot does get full fast and early so if you have an RV or larger vehicle you want to get there before 3pm EST for sure. Lots of other overnighters who were all friendly and accommodating. We were able to put out our slides and have a lovely sleep. Truck stop next door has a restaurant, diesel, DEF, and an RV dump/potable water station. Truck stop does not allow RVers to park overnight and they got full fast. Great bathrooms if you need them. Why I rated this a 4.5 is that the parking lot is not level at all, with a slope towards the highway of about 5%. We did not have to level up because we parked at the very back and oriented in the direction of the parking lot painted lines. Otherwise great option, friendly staff, and very...

The location cosmetically looks amazing but operationally it’s kind of weird…!

ATM & Cash out machines only give $20’s, if you want to bill up you need to go to the cashier, It’s not convenient for players. -During game play, especially bonuses, an advertisement screen keeps popping up shrinking your game screen down 25%. It does this over and over… These advertisements look cheap and interior enjoyment of play. Sept 7-8 / 2025, Bar staff didn’t seem to have proper training. For example how to greet customers, take a food order, provide utensils, how to ring in items, how to pour draft beer. Restaurant Management doesn’t seem to provide front line staff aide when they are busy. They just stand there and are on their phones.

Again the atmosphere in this casino looks and feels amazing, food was great as well!
